With all those years of fix'n stuff I'm sure you've had to fab a lot of custom parts Willie, I know I've had to. I'm sure the new latch parts you make will be better than the og parts. Post pics.

Got the battery door latch/release button fixed, now I can move on to getting the 60 board installed. I think these pics will speak for themselves, a couple notes, the actual latch that catches the battery Neg post was too small in width and thickness, it was barely wide enough to keep from falling into the underside slot in the housing and when the door was closed, it didn't close flush with a battery installed because it wasn't thick enough. Rather then make another one of those I soldered a .015 brass shim to it making it wider and thicker, now the door shuts flush. Hana also had a the ground (Battery Neg) wire from the board soldered to that latch, not the best connection to rely on. I'll be soldering a wire right to the Battery Neg button on the door. Well some times I buy stuff just to try it out. I'v watched dozens of budget plastic Mec Squokers come out in the resent past. IMO this is the best one :) The "Squeezer" holds a 21700 it has a spring loaded 510 & a 10 Mill Bottle! Plus it comes with a spare 10mill & a 30 mill refiller bottle. All for $24 :)
I topped it with a Pulse 22, My Favourite BF'ing atty of all times! I installed a Crazy .18 Kanthol Fused Clapton Coil. Boy does it hit Hard!

See the comparison pic of the "Gdeal" & the "SVA Clone" Those are both Regulated single 18650 BF'ers with an 8 mill bottle. For the size difference you can see the Squeezer is quite small for a 10 mill 21700 BF'er :)

I tried for a long time to like BF'ing! Until the Pulse 22 it was one fail after an other :(
The Pulse 22 is single handedly responsible for my return to BF'ing!
Now I don't have to try to, I just like it :)
Still think it's too much trouble for out & about & to bring to work, But at home there is a whole lot of BF'ing going on :)

I hope no one gets me wrong, I love TC. I use 8 TC mods (in TC mode) and only 3 mechs (the ones in the pics).
To make sure my mech/atty combos aren't overtemping I test the atty for heat on a TC mod first, that way I can make sure my coil temps are less than 450°f when used on my mechs.
