First car I ever owned was a '69 AMC Javelin. Of course mine was a straight 6 & bought it in decent condition for $100. Ran like a champ. Never should have sold it. Same with the 70 GTO.Reminds me of a day when I was driving my AMC Javlin, that thing was a monster with a reworked 390, Holly 650 double pumper and the car came with the racing "go package", 410 gears in the rear end. I jumped up on the highway and this Volvo wagon started riding my ..., to show off to my brother I dumped the throttle and left him far behind. A few miles down the road he was back, this went on a few times until the guy pulled up next to me in the left lane, both of us doing about 60 and he wanted to race, I obliged. I took quick lead but because of the low gears my top speed was 105 and I was red lining the engine, he just shifted into 5th and slowly pulled away, I watched his rear bumper disappear over the hill.
I know a lot of people over here that use VapeGeek and hear nothing but praise for them and their customer service.
Anybody have any opinions about MFS Nic? (if this is inappropriate here, someone pm me - this is about the only thread I'm reading on ECF right now)
That's where I buy mine, pg and vg also unless I'm ordering flavor from Perfumer's Apprentice then I get the pg/vg from them.
My friend buys his there too, we like it just fine.

I've got 60mg/ml & 100mg/ml from them in the past and it was clear and I didn't detect any off flavor. YMMV, I'm a fruit flavor tootle puffer.

I got some nic from MFS about a year and a half ago when they had a good sale on a liter with free shipping. It had a little tint to it which has doubled since then and I keep it in the frig. I use to buy a lot of stuff from them and always was happy with their service but their prices jumped then they started charging for shipping, higher rates then others. I think you'll find better prices at e-liq
Right now 1L of 100mg is $40. So 2x is $80 with free shipping. E-liq is about the same (maybe $3 cheaper?) they also have the undiluted stuff which would be great for storage. Just not sure I want to mess with mixing it. And in the end, I'm not sure the price is any different.
My goal is to get a small frig with a freezer for the garage, just for Nic & flavors (mixing supplies) because I have grandchildren in the house.
I've never been a good mixer of juice BUT I can follow directions with the best of them.
MFS is the only Nic I've ever used, I had a small sample of vapertek (?) from bull city, didn't taste any difference between the two. But the VT was a small sample.
Reading about Nic is subjective. Reminds me of "boil your cotton before using it". So many opinions, that's why I asked in here, this group is trusted, at least to me. (I mean that in a positive way not a condescending way towards others)
I like ordering from TPA, generally I get the 4oz bottles because the price difference is minimal (30ml vs 4oz) so in the end I get lots of flavorings.
Some of the recipes I've found have been excellent, others not so much. But I'm not giving up.
Now the decision is 2L of 100mg (vg) ready to go for $80 or get the pure for easier storage and mix it as needed? Plus I didn't know how MFS Nic was considered. And one of the reasons I asked, some of my DIY mixes have been harsh even after many weeks or months of steeping.
Ive been storing my mixing supplies in my kitchen, where it's cool (house temp 76f), in boxes (so dark/dry), the bulk of the Nic stays in the freezer with 100ml at a time coming out for mixing, it stays up in the cupboard away from little hands.
Not sure if I'm not storing properly and have caused harshness to my supplies or I'm just a terrible mixer or bad recipes. Not sure.
