I wonder how long this battery would last as a 3p (it is #P for single cell voltage use right ?) 3.7v 2700mah battery. I'm curious to know those results.

I'll offer my results using LG HD2, 2000mah in a DNA75. I'm getting about 3/4 or an Aromamizer out of them running at 475F. I am going to experiment with an LG HG2, 3000mah, and see how they do. The HD2 has a 25amp discharge versus 20amp for the HG2. Over on the Evolv board, one of the guys is using a 3000mah/20amp and reports good life, say about a day.

The output voltages listed at FT differ from Evolv's data sheet.....by a lot
Edit: I'm a bit lost here, I thought the DNA20 was boost only, lowest voltage being battery voltage. Evolv data sheet shows 4 - 8.3 volt output for the DNA20.
To go to from 2 volts to 6.3 volt is buck and boost..what gives here?

Spec wise it's more like a 20 watt Kick2 with screen and buttons.

I know what you mean awsum. You know your getting old when sometimes you wake up feeling like you have a hangover and you don't drink, it was one of those mornings. But with coffee, nic, pain pills and a half hour for them all to kick in, I feel renewed.

I'm using HE4's and HD2's in my 75 and Dicodes tube, not really getting scientific with them just using them, I'm not noticing any difference.
Just saying, with 3000 mah it might be noticeable though.

With the 75's, can we use the Battery Analyzer in escibe to test the watt hours of li-ion batteries just like we did li-po's with the 200's?

Yes, but it is only good for the specific battery you test, once you swap batteries the new battery might have a different curve.

Right, I wasn't thinking of saving the settings to the board, just a way to test batteries and see how the chalk up in a real world test. Yes, I have too much time on my hands.

I have to wonder what that reporter would think of a SAW, a .50 sniper rifle or even an M1? I'm glad he isn't tasked with protecting us as a member of the Armed Services or law enforcement. He'd have permanent PTSD after his first traffic stop or one day of training. Then again, you get the results you expect and want to promulgate when you're a "reporter".

This "journalist" is a clown. To say he had temporary PTSD proves he doesn't know what he's writing about and a slap in the face to soldiers that actually have to deal with PTSD every day.

I took the first one apart to solder the center pin but I didn't with the next 2. Once you get the circlip off, you just push the 510 from the top and it should pop out easily. Make sure the circlip is seated fully before installing it. One wasn't seated properly and I had to take the mod apart to reseat it when it popped off.
