Yup, the holes go all the way thru. Yes it cuts the wire but there is a fix for that. Remember back when you had to sand or file the ends of the grubs on the (insert name of older rda/rta here)? Yup, that trick still works and you do learn when to stop twisting the grub and not cut the wire. The first Aromamizers had the holes go all the way thru too! (just sayin'). ;)

With an extra set of grub screws, could you file a grub screw flat, screw it in on the inside hole of the post just enough to fill in the hole? Hope I described it so you can see it in your minds eye..... basically you'll have two grub screws in each post hole, end to end and be pinching the wire between them. The inside screws, once in place will be left stationary, tighten the outside screw as normal. If the inside screw turns while tightening down the wire you could put a light stake on the side of the post with a center punch to keep the inside screw from turning.

Looking at the ones I have here,

Not a lot of "meat" on the inside of that post to hold a second screw.

Ok so asking for some advice? I sent 3 emails to modcrate about my missing parts, no answer :(
If you were me would you contact PP? I paid with PP & right now for me it's a principal thing!
What the heck, they short me these parts & don't even answer my emails!
This make my purchase unless. I know I have some parts coming & I will make it work.
But! it's a principal thing, I shouldn't have to do that & They should have answered my emails by now! Am I right? Should I contact PP, Would You?

I agree Steamer! You have to get them to understand that customer service is part of running a successful business and if they don't give you what you need to build the mod, there is a problem.

If filing a dispute with Paypal is the only way to get that across to them then it must be done!

Suggestions wanted!

I am going to place a DIY flavor order thru TPA/TFA. I know many people like some of the other guys (cap/fw/fa/inw/etc..) I like the prices for the 4oz bulk sizes from TFA as most of them are <$10 for 4oz size. Other brand flavors are welcome too, and hopefully I'll be able to order from bull city or someone else soon.

Anyone care to offer suggestions for flavors to order?
(if you guys think this is not appropriate for this thread, just ignore me)

Cotton candy for sweetner, Peanut Butter, RY4 Dbl, Cinnamon Danish.....to name a few
Edit: I make what I call peanut brittle with the cotton candy, peanut butter and RY4 plus another flavor. I'm on my 5th 500 ml bottle of it, I vape something else for maybe a day or so and come right back to it. The recipe is over in the TPA thread

Steamer, if it was me, first I'd plaster the no customer service everywhere I could think of to publicly shame them. That would first be on their Facebook page, then any and all forum's where Russ has posted, also in review sections on their page and any vendor that sell's their stuff.

Going through PP will force them to respond, but few will know about it. I'd go public, if no satisfaction after 48 hours I'd file with PP. But that's just me. Go get em how ever you see fit! Ignoring a customer with an issue like missing parts is BS!

Thanks for all the advice :)
I opened a dispute with PP.
I hate that it came down to this But it needed to be done.
When you take some one's money you have a commitment to them, period!
Did you try Russ on the Evolv site like VB suggested?

Just my opinion on Russ from modcrate. A long time ago Russ posted on the other forum about a new mod case and asked for input and suggestions from members. I watched people post idea's and questions that they went unanswered for at least a couple months all while he had logged in the forum numerous times, I was watching. I think Russ responds to people only when it boost's his ego or lines his pockets, if it's something that he doesn't want to hear or it's an issue he just ignores it. Too bad because he sells some nice stuff but eventually he'll piss off enough people, the word will get around and folks won't buy from him. Sad because it will hurt both him and the folks looking for the decent products he makes. I think he needs to hire someone to handle public relations and customer service and he should stay out in the shop. :2c:

A raise of hands here on this one, who's like me that see's, oh say a knock off of an item you really want, it's a lot cheaper but you know your rolling the dice whether you'll get a good one or a dud. But you have seen how well the seller has taken care of the customer, quick public replies and quick to repair or replace a bad one. If your like me, hell yeah I'll go for it and save some coin! Worse that will happen I may have to deal with getting a bad one but I know I'll be treated right if I do. Would you go for it or pass?

OK, so I'm not really looking for yea or nah replies. My point is you can sell crap but so long as you take care of the customer your going to sell your wares AND people will spread the word. People will also spread the word if you ........ them.
