Tpat591 you must have awesome searching skills, That is some fine coffee your serving up :)
Your rite up there rivalling the Coffee Queen Her Self :) Keep Up the good work :)

So the day before yesterday, in a lack of sleep haze I dropped my phone :( Well it slipped out of my pocket. I ended up running it over with my machine :( Ouch! I seen it there down on the ground & though OhNo! it's crushed :( to my surprise it's ok, well the glass is broken but it works perfect.
It must be my lucky day cause a screen that was just well over 300.00 has come down in price a lot :)
Apple is going to fix it for 199.00 I'm going to have to activate my old 4S for a few days while the 6s+ is gone to the hospital, but I can live with that. I just charged up the old phone, Boy! is ever small compared to the new one :)

If I wasn't so busy at work I would fix it my self for probably half that price but I'm working & don't mind paying to have it fixed (tax rite off :D)

As I remember you used to serve up some pretty tasty cups yourself back in the day. It does take time & I've got some things coming up soon so You might need to step up and be a barista again.

Well, it's saturday and 96°F outside. Even my dog doesn't want to go outside

About the same here and the wife couldn't understand why I didn't want to go to a graduation party for a family she works with and I barely know. No thanks, I'll watch the dogs and hold down the fort here, inside. ;)

I got my 430ss wire from Ukamen earlier. Might build a new atomizer for it.

2 new DC comics movies are coming out next year and the trailers were just released. Looks great!

My wife and I used to go to the movies a lot. Not that long ago either (though that term is relative I suppose)

Here in Texas, a few AMC theaters have suites and or leather recliner chairs. The "cinema suites" are nicer as no one under 21 allowed period, full food & bar service (ie waiter/waitress), seats are like being home, power recliner and you can lift up the center arm rest to make it kind of like a love seat. The seating is small usually <50 people, and is arranged for couples so 2 seats then a table between the next 2 seats. The tickets are a little more but it makes the experience soo much better.

Now, comfort aside the movie quality of late has been terrible. The last couple movies we saw were terrible. No amount of comfort makes up for what essentially is a DVD movie released on the big screen. I'm middle of road age wise here (I think?) some are older, some are younger... So maybe my movie taste is a bit tainted? Some movies people say were amazing turned out to be dumb, vulgar, and overall not entertaining. While others that got mediocre reviews turned out to be quite enjoyable.

Star trek is next on my go to see list, but the wife has been under the weather so I'll wait. She's a Trekkie even though she denies it. :)

Fwiw, if you have a theater that offers suites, take your partner and check it out. [emoji106] it's worth the extra $5 a ticket. And AMC does half price Tuesdays even on the suites tickets (at the box office only not online), there are actually lots of Tuesday movie ticket deals from various theaters.

Carry on.

I used to be a huge movie buff but the latest decade or so has been a let down for the most part. I rarely go to the movies anymore. The last movie I saw in the theaters was Star Wars The Force Awakens back in December.

In the late 90's, I bought a 50" rear projection (which was HUGE at the time) with a surround sound system (5.1 speakers and receiver), LaserDisc and DVD players. It was pretty awesome but way more than I'd ever spend now (about $10k). I would throw super bowl parties and my friends were motivated to buy their own eventually. Now I have a 50" widescreen LCD and a cheap BluRay player with the same receiver and speakers. One of my friends has a 80" tv which is pretty impressive. I still have over 300 DVD movies but no BluRay discs. I watch most stuff on my computer so it hardly gets used other than for news shows.

There's a couple of those suite style movie theaters near me, about an hour away but never thought they were worth going to when the local theaters are much closer. I might have to try it out one day.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I've, we've, given up on movies. All the ones released today seem to be remakes or just use the same plot lines and characters as their predecessors. "Terminator Genesis", "Star Wars" and even "Star Trek" are all beating a dead horse when, with a little imagination, could be decent movies. Star Wars in particular was disappointing to me, just a remake of episode four with some different character names, some fossilized original characters and a round 'droid instead of a trashcan with wheels.

Then, add in the cost if you get some popcorn and a soda. Why they serve popcorn in a bucket big enough for a horse to eat out of, literally, and soda in another bucket sized "cup", then charge prices from I don't know where, beats the heck out of me. If they need to make that kind of profit off of popcorn and soda, let alone the other "meal" style stuff, there may be something seriously wrong with the whole business model and industry. JMHO.

Suites are nice and I saw "Funny Girl" in a suite in a theatre in Asbury Park, eons ago. They even had waiter to get your goodies from the concession stand. But with the fare, both in quality of movies and prices, it just isn't worth going to the movies anymore. They all show up on DVD in under six months anyway.

I still have my pioneer laserdisc player, I've had 2 I think... The last one I bought plays DVD, LD (with auto flip) and CD's.

Having laserdisc back in the blockbuster days was awesome. People would fight over the tapes, rummage thru the returned tapes for the latest release that was always out of stock.. I'd stroll up to the LD rack and pick up the only copy which was almost always there... LOL [emoji23]

Still have it and a bunch of old movies. It's one of those things I could never justify selling for pennies. Now it's all but worthless. But I'd rather keep it.

I have an 82 inch DLP projection TV in my living room. Which looks amazing. Very enjoyable especially during football season [emoji458]. Now it all but belongs to my granddaughters. They are 2 and 4, and have to have their shows on or it's chaos and disaster. It's next to impossible to watch TV in the living room now. I've got the surround sound, powered sub, etc... But it watches a lot of odd squad, cartoons, children programming now a days...not that there's anything wrong with that. :D it's getting used.

I personally watch a lot of TV in my bedroom lately. I have an LED toshiba TV, got a crazy deal locally on a Samsung sound bar/DVD player combo thing because they lost the wireless subwoofer. I bought it super cheap (years ago) and a couple months later found a compatible wireless subwoofer on ebay for like $20 shipped... So that was a huge score. It's all old stuff now but works great and we use it every day/night.

I need more coffee, I don't think more pictures is going to help me at the moment.
I'm trying to get up enough gumption to pull out my refrigerator and clean the fuzz off the condenser. My electric bill look like I have AC (don't).
I've been noting that it's run time is too much. It may be low on gas instead but I'll try cleaning the coil first. I have a lot of things using electricity but they do it all year long and my bill says "you got AC".
Pulling out the fridge is nothing, it' getting all the other stuff out of the way.........
