We've lost control of our government, our government now controls us.

Nice post slick :) It mite be more accurate to say "The Big Money" has taken control of the government!
It's time to take it back! A government of the people for the people is needed more than ever!

Here is a slap for BT.. I saw this on another place..

joyetech and other ecig manufacturers win the patent battle over Fontem Ventures
On September 8, 2016, at European Patent Office (EPO) located in Munich, Joyetech GmbH, alongside a few ecig companies, collectively succeeded with patent revocation against EP 2022349 patent held by Fontem Ventures.

Fontem Ventures is a subsidiary of tobacco company Imperial Tobacco, the world's fourth-largest international cigarette company. Dating back to 2013, Imperial Tobacco bought the original e-cigarette patents from Hon Lik, father of the modern e-cigs, this is what Imperial Tobacco is basing its copyright infringement lawsuits on.

The result of this case has a significant influence on the development of the whole e-cigarette industry around the world. Imagine if Fontem Ventures had won, they would charge every user of e-cigarette product for the patent fee. It would be devastating if the traditional tobacco company sells tobacco and also controls e-cigarettes industry.

About EP 2022349 patent:
Patent EP2022349A1 - Aerosol electronic cigrarette
Patent EP2022349B1 - Aerosol electronic cigrarette

So many different battles being fought... It looks like this one has made e-cigs open source.. :)

Just thought I'd post here, I did get my new Vaporflask 133 yesterday. It was on firmware 02-23, I used it all day yesterday and today...

Thanks to another member who kind enough to keep me in the loop, who also bought a shark flask upgraded his to SP3 without a hitch.

So I decided to upgrade the new one and it went fine except for the battery bar showed zero. I uploaded the settings but it still showed zero, so instead of doing a soft reboot I pulled out a battery and put it back in and the battery meter came back.

So the new flask upgraded to SP3 without dying. The previous one just coincidentally failed after the firmware upgrade for whatever the reason.

That's it, carry on.

@mikepetro

I have failed you. Posting it here because I feel it warrants public shame; particularly, in light of certain recent events. If you've already held up your end of the bargain, then that makes me feel even worse.

I'm sure that whatever help you might need, any one of us who can provide it will do so to the extent they are able. This includes me, but I obviously ain't that reliable.

I'll probably pay for this. Being what I do else where on the net I notice a lot of folks from Indonesia so I thought I'd look into it a bit. I didn't get very far and learned vaping is not legal there. Here's part of why, disgusting, look familiar?

This so reminds me of our FDA Deeming crap.

BT is so entrenched in their work force and economy they're saying nothing. 2nd largest household expense (rice is #1)
This is BT in action, this shows just how far they are willing to go.

Started to watch that film and I can't make it through, just gut wrenching to see little kids smoking. Going to calling hours tonight for a close friend who passed from pneumonia. Within five days in the hospital he was gone, he was only 64, way too soon. He had lung problems that complicated things and his body just couldn't fight it off. He quit smoking cold turkey about eight years ago but it was too late, he developed serious lung problems.

Don't know how people can make money off something they know kills billions of people, how can they live with themselves? Gotta take a cold and evil heart.
