On another note, I finally fixed the air rings on my 2ng gen mizer's last night, so sick of them moving and having to re-adjust them, a real pain when in a dark room. I took the rings off, using my small bench vise I gently squeezed them a tiny bit at a time until they fit snug, I have them to the point I have to squeeze the ring with my fingers so they will slip back on. Now they don't move, even after juice gets on the o-rings, problem solved, finally!
If your going to attempt this, a few tips, protect the finish by using soft faced jaws or a piece of scrap leather. Go slow, in a vise they will bend easily, even in a small bench vise you have a lot of leverage in the vise handle! I take the slack up till just tight and look at the position of the handle, take note and think of it as being the minute hand on a clock then tighten it a couple "minutes" at a time, test for fit and try again. When the ring bends, it will bend at the weakest point which is at one of the holes, and once it gives it will then bend easier so again, go slow, test and try again till you get there. If your not comfortable with this then don't do it, don't come back and yell at me for a messed up ring, you've been warned LoL.
