Again, the Courts getting involved in National Security issues is a dangerous precedent to establish. The Constitution and laws are quite clear, it is at the discretion of the President, no matter who that may be, and inconvenience, chaos and feelings are not mentioned anywhere in either. The effects on a particular State, or States, does not enter into the equation at all and they have no standing, VA, NY, WA or any of the other 47, in National Security matters, let alone any corporation or private entity or individual.

Pretty clear under the law any president has the right to halt immigration when he deems it a danger to the people.

What I don't understand is why there was no outcry when Obama did the same thing, repeatedly? Well that was a lie, yes I do know why.....

Never would have believed the DNC had the power & will to:

• Blame Russia for hacking the DNC to divert attention from the fact they were manipulating the Media by collusion & have Intelligence Services go along with it supporting claim.
• Call for recounts because Russia hacked election
  
• organize & fund sustained protest across America causing millions in property damage and an unknown number of injuries and deaths while ordering Police not to interfere with protesters unless absolutely necessary.
• have the MSMs abandon any semblance of integrity in their political with hunt against the incoming Trump Administration.
• have Hollywood call for faithless electors.
  
• have intelligence services create & distribute the most absurd unverified classified intelligence linking trump to Russia & watersports & "leak" that to media.
• Have demonstrators block access to inauguration, beat the crap out of Trump supporters, & riot & burn limos in streets of Washington.
  
• have a Women's March with 450,000 people wearing ..... hats marching in Washington against Trump organized by a Muslim Woman who advocates & Lobbies for for Sharia Law to be adopted in the USA while speakers threaten to blow up White House, talk like loonies about their cycles, Trump & environment while leaving enough trash all over to fill a fleet of garbage trucks.
• have environmental protest against pipelines creating a tent city for protesters that is abandoned afterward leaving up to 250 truckloads of trash that threatens very environment they are protesting to protect.
  
• obstruct and delay all cabinet & supreme court nominees going to all night filibuster hearings and no showing on votes.
• decide dissenting opinions hurt cause & have Zuckerberg, Glass, & Pichai to declare war on Fake News and institute the banning of conservative activists from Facebook, Twitter, & google platforms on the slightest infractions while liberals are regularly threatening the families of conservative activists regularly without repercussions of any kind.
  
• encouraging student activists on college campuses to protest conservative speakers lecturing on campuses sparking the Berkeley and NYU Protests and send in ANTIFA to riot on the Berkeley Campus beating Milo fans in the streets to shut down free speech and terrorize dissenting opinions from expression.
  
• have acting Director of ICE botch rollout enforcement of Executive Order at airports causing people in air to be detained instead of preventing people from boarding at origin countries & exempted parties to not be explicitly exempted which allowed protests at airports to be put in place (fired afterward).
  
• have the Attorney General refuse to defend a lawful Executive Order (fired afterward).
  
• Create chaos at every airport in the country with protests because a little over 100-500 people were temporarily detained.
• file dozens if not hundreds of lawsuits against the EO all over the country.
  
• get Washington judge to issue TRO against lawful Executive Order,
• Get 9th circuit to ignore law & constitution & uphold TRO.

It just boggles the mind that they can get away with all of this without being held to account for the astronomical cost to taxpayers and threat to this nation's security and freedom of speech.

Their collective actions & behavior should be cause for great concern among all Americans both republican & democrat alike.

I see your point and would be inclined to agree if it were not for the fact that the federal court system keeps and maintains the statistics by mandate of congress on their website. The statistics were taken directly from that record without editing or altering by Fox, Washington times and social media.

In order for Snopes to refute the claims, they had to go to great lengths to take that data published by the federal court and present it in a different manner completely from that mandated by congress to declare this fake news.

While the figures can be confusing and give a false impression as printed when the federal court system publishes them, you cannot fault news agencies as reporting fake news for taking unaltered information from the courts own publication but that is exactly what Snopes did.

that's very few cases they hear at the supreme court and they come in from all of the federal courts! how many of those do you think are from the ninth, 5, 6, 7? and it wouldn't surprise me if the supreme court picked those cases were glaring errors were made. hence the overall reversal rate of 68% for all federal courts!

The Walking Dead!! The second half of season seven returns tonight at 9 PM!!!! Snowed hard here all day, roads were terrible so we just stayed home. I've been binging all day on the first half of the season, bundled up with goodies and hot coco. I can't wait for 9 o'clock to get here! Can you tell I LOVE The Walking Dead!!

I just watched the whole series recently from beginning to now, Altho I liked it, it is getting kind of repetitive It's the same plot, first it was the guy with the eye patch now it's "negan"
It's so predictable to! I mean why didn't they just use the RPG the first time negan came to collect?
They could have blew at least half of them to kingdom come in one shot & killed the rest while they still had all their guns! Nooo they have to get beat right down before the big come back!
I have the DVR set to record it tonight, But It's loosing it's appeal for me any way

True points about the main theme, it's the personal stories of the individuals that I like. The stories of how each one struggles to survive in that unthinkable world and yet still be able to love and have some shreds of humanity. Even though at times they have made bad choices and have done some terrible things.

I fully understand what you are saying, fully understand why the figure is confusing & I agree with what you are saying, however Snopes is labelling these stories as fake news when they are not. There are three other circuits that should be reconfigured to correct deficiencies in same manner as 9th.

The 9th decision in upholding the TRO while completely ignoring the written law they are charged with interpreting was judicial overreach for political & ideological reasons & would be overturned in SCOTUS.

It is just as disturbing as this:

• Americans can no longer trust Main Stream Media due to utterly obvious bias,
  
• When the free & open exchange of political ideas & discourse are censored on social media by a biased standard committee,
  
• When fact checkers use alternate data to label stories Fake News,
  
• When Americans cannot trust the Intelligence Services not to politicize classified material.
  
• When Americans cannot trust the courts and justice system to provide decisions based on the law & constitution rather than their personal ideology
• When women participate in a protest march organized by someone who advocates Sharia Law in that Sharia:
  • Suborns the role of women & their free speech
    
  • Forces women to cover themselves in public
    
  • Removes their suffrage
  • Wife beating is allowed
  • Marriage and Sexual Intercourse with Pre-Pubescent Girls is Permissible
  • Employs FGM, Beating & Stoning of women.

• When university professors and teachers teach their ideology while advocating censorship, promote & applaud protests & rioting attacking freedom of speech.
• When environmental protestors leave their camps littered with truckloads of trash threatening the very environment they defend.
• When people are abused or attacked & beaten for Wearing a MAGA hat

As someone who has been reading since issue 1 hit the shops many years ago and having watched the show I don't feel its repetitive any more than life on a global scale is repetitive. Yeah, they run into "bad guys" and rival groups and fight for control, each other, their personal freedoms, and their survival but we see that over and over throughout our history and we're also talking about the apocalypse here. People have always been the biggest danger not the zombies.

The Governor and Woodbury couldn't be more different from Negan and The Saviors.

I haven't found it repetitive at all after over 150 issues and I never know what is going to happen next.

Trust me on this. Negan is VERY different than the Governor and his arc is just getting started. Thing are going to get crazy pretty quick if it plays out on the show like I think it will. We'll probably have at least another full season if not too of All Out War and then the Whisperers come in. I don't want to spoil anything for those that don't read the comic but while AOW is an amazing arc its got nothing on what's coming in 2-3 seasons.
