Listen to Grant explain how the FDA is REQUIRED by law to notify and coordinate with local government when making a regulation that would impact them, video set to start at key points, about six minuets or so long. If you want, go back to when he first starts and listen to all of his speech, I think you'll find it very interesting to hear him read the laws, smart man, well versed in the laws. But it was longer then I thought most would take the time to watch. :)

These Hartland meet's covered three days with many speakers, each meeting was recorded and posted on youtube, here's the links.

Aaron Biebert spoke on the second day starting here
www.youtube.com/watch?v=gugeJtw998Q&feature=youtu.be&t=1h37m48s
I found the next two speakers after Aaron very interesting, but be warned what you'll hear from those two following speakers will make your blood boil!

BTW, I use torch browser, it has built in media grabber. I download many video's like these so I can watch them at leisure without having to find them and connect to the web.

So as most can already tell it's been another sleepless night so I've been watching these videos I posted. One speaker talked about how the private market saw problems and safety concerns in all aspects of vaping from juice to gear and made safer products. He touched on how mods evolved to include built in short circuit and reverse polarity protection but yet there is this big misconception because every time there is a ecig fire it's plastered on the news. Then it hit me, we should push battery manufactures to include a battery sleeve or case with every battery sold, could be just a very cheap silicone sleeve. Include a big warning, maybe websites printed on the warning were they could get good solid battery knowledge. If they did that it would reduce some of these incidents, at least they wouldn't be able to say they weren't warned and didn't know better.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Morning coffee -

OK guys, listen up!

There was just a piece on FNC about the BENEFITS of drinking coffee. A recently released study, conducted in Italy, showed dramatic reductions in prostate cancer occurrence in coffee drinkers. There were also dramatic reductions in a host of other health problems including Alzheimer's, diabetes and heart related problems. Keep in mind they are talking about "Italian coffee", IE strong brews like espresso, not the weak tea served in giant buckets like in the US.

The root seems to be a combination of caffeine and anti-oxidants in coffee, but the jury is still out. How much should you drink? The jury didn't render a verdict on that point, but three to four cups seems just fine as long as it doesn't cause stomach or sleeping problems.

Doesn't surprise me to hear this, some years ago Dad was diagnosed with cancer, brain tumor. At that time they were doing a study that showed some positive benefits for those who were receiving chemo treatments and doses of caffeine. The short unscientific explanation was caffeine helped open blood vessels and capillaries which helped the meds reach areas of the body better, like the brain. They asked Dad to join the study and he wanted too, but the hitch was he wouldn't have any say in the meds or treatments he's be getting, he just couldn't give that up and I was happy he didn't. Having only months to live, you at least want to have control of how you spend the time you have left.

Yes it was hard to listen to some of it, I was surprised to hear that BP is more to blame for wanting to ban vaping then BT. I was also shocked to hear the leading, cancer and heart associations including the march of dimes, doctor's who treat cancer and hospitals are also all pushing to ban vaping because if less people had cancer and other smoking related diseases they would loose funding and their jobs. I'll never donate another dime to any of them, those are some SICK & EVIL SOB's and I wish them.... nothing good..... to put it mildly. How can you be like that, look in the mirror, put your head on the pillow and sleep at night knowing people will die so you can line your pockets? Sick SOB's!
