Willie, I'll check a 40 versus a 60 with a dial caliper in the morning for you. If I remember correctly, they are almost identical in terms of button location, within a few thousandths. Width, length and thickness I'm not sure about, but they sure eyeball as being the same.

Screen is exact same size.

Board is close too the same too, close enough it will fit in the two BAPS enclosure I have left.
Up/Down buttons looked 1/2 hair high but well within the tolerance of the actuators.
Charger is a little bigger, so I might actually have to mod the mod a little.

Bought interchangeable build decks #1 & #3 for the Pharaoh RTA...more later if noteworthy.

I have the #2 spare deck, I tried it, it's ok but just Ok!
I really like the deck it comes with, it's the big single coil deck that makes this thing, for me :)
I'm interested in what you think of the #3 deck? It looks like it could hold a big single coil also?
Let Us know what you think of them :)

I have the single coil Ammit, to be honest it's all most exactly the same as the Merlin.
I really like the deck set up on both the Ammit & the Merlin. I have the Ti claptons in both, they rock the flavour :)
All thou I like the Wasp, I like the Hadalay Better! Maybe it's the build? cause my Squonkers are DNA40's so no crazy coils just round wire. Single 18650 40's wouldn't have to good battery life with Claptons also a little low on power :(

That may be Steamer, the Wasp Nano likes more power. With afc wide open I run the Hadaly at 45w, the Wasp at 62w. Not saying the afc can't be closed down some on the Hadaly to run a smaller build, I tried that, but it seemed best wide open with a 28/38 6 wrap fused clapton at 45w.
I like the Hadaly but love the Wasp Nano, probably because it's a wetter vape.

Something dawned on me this morning, my wife has had the flu for the last week and a half, well I finally caught it. But what's been amazing to me is it hasn't hit me nearly as hard as it has her and that's completely opposite, I'm usually the one who is much sicker and it takes me much longer to get over it. It also dawned on me that I haven't had a cold of the flu in the last few years, I don't get the flu shots anymore because I'm retired and not out in the public as much. It had me wondering, does vaping have some positive impact when it comes to the cold and flu's? It be interesting to hear if other's have noticed less colds and flu's since they have been vaping.

Another thought, maybe it's not so much the vaping helping but rather the fact my lungs are now much healthier then they use to be. But it's amazing that the wife has been sick for this long, even taking antibiotics while a few days ago I felt really crappy coughing up nasty yellow crap for a day and since it's been getting better each day. Still be interesting to hear if other vaper's have noticed less cold'd, flu's and/or being less severe since vaping.

I used to get the flu twice a year ever year while I was a smoker. Always during the summer/winter/summer change in weather.

4 years ago I stropped smoking and started vaping and also started getting the flu shot.

I never got the flu again until last month. It hit me hard, had to take a couple of days off. It backed up with a terrible sore throat that kept me up at night. I'm only just coming good now!

Sitting down, facing forward.
I know I promised this morning, Willie, but you know how things go sometimes. I think you wife gave me her flu, too.

Anyhow, with my tired, old, eyes and somewhat shaky hands, I can say the following-

The 60 seems .3mm wider. That is with the "tabs" still on both boards.
The length is the same, dead on.
The 60 is about 1mm thicker but I think that's a factor of the new style fire button.
The fire button on the 60 is slightly, .1mm higher/closer to the top edge of the board.
The up/down buttons are in the same location in terms of from the side edges. The buttons on the 60 appear to be .05mm closer to the bottom edge.

The charger board is larger, but I couldn't find one from the 40 era in my mess of a shop.

Keep in mind these are all, basically, eyeball/caliper measurements and your results can vary.
