Sorry, out of ideas until I build up one myself.
No problem, I'll make sure I use fully charged battery's when I connect to escribe to limit the charging. I don't need to have a battery connected for most operations in escribe anyways. I'll look for a better and permanent solution for the patch cable. I'm going to see if I can solder in the female USB connector directly to the board bypassing the charge board, I don't care about charging the battery's in the mod. If I can do that, I've given some thought to drilling a hole in the end of the ZNA case through to the void where I tuck the JST connector and mount the female USB flush, probably JB Weld it in place. At least for now it's working, this is a project I've wanted to do every since the 200 came out and mulled over when everyone was wishing for a 40 sized board with escribe, I'm very happy!
