yup how honest are you with the people around you? somehow i get the feeling you belong to the type that doesn't open up and keeps going no matter what. people are not mind readers, willy! next time something needs repairing be up front! tell them you're happy to help but it needs to be a team effort since you are no longer physically able to do it on your own!

Certainly sounds like you are. Tibs is right, sounds like it's time for a good ol' sit down talk with them.
I'm not a psychologist but it kinda sounds like everyone thinks you need to stay busy to be happy.

I would tell them that I am no longer willing to work on other peoples stuff under those conditions. I feel like I have been taken for granted, and that stops NOW! If they dont like it, let them take it to the JD shop and pay the bill. Actually if it were me I would demand quid pro quo, I will do this for you if you do this for me (like paint your house).

My sincere apologizes to everyone for my behavior, it was way out of line and I'm ashamed of myself. Just woke up from crashing, I've pushed myself way too hard lately, relied on the steroids to get me through the work and they did but the side effect is one I hate, they mess with my emotions. I've been exhausted with little sleep the last few weeks but pushed on to get things done while I still could. I had been up all last night working outside till 3 AM, mad at the world. My rants were the result and I apologize for ever bringing them here, I crossed a line. I'm sorry.
