Sitting down, facing forward.
I guess the obvious question was... where did you get 20700 cells that hold 4750mah? That should have been my first question.

I get them from IMR batteries, with a Sanyo label on them. Based on the watt hours per charge I'd guess they're fairly well over 4000mah at least. I know they're "only" rated at 15 amps but they are in a 75C and I rarely, if ever, go over 20 watts at 440F. At that level I get about 20 to 25ml out of a charge.

Oh those Sanyo NCR20700B 4250mAh 15A. Yeah I know about them. I bought four (IMR Batt) for a Pulse BF 80. Then I found out the top of the 510 leaks like crazy when you squonk. So I never got to use them and don't have anything else they fit in. So I have no idea how much juice I can vape with them per charge. :(

The video posted is the one I used, after a couple failed attempts I ordered some from My Freedom Smokes. The little spring certainly adds to the difficulty. The springs purpose: air travels down through it then back up through the coil.

I’m just wondering. How the rebuild failed?
From the video it looks like the guy used to little cotton. I would say the rebuilt coil on his video. Would flood.
You really need to pack the cotton in there! This was my expirence with the. Triton heads.
I did get them to work well after a few attempts

Don’t give up :)

I run the sanyo(b). In my old converted Hana clones. With a DNA 60 a Kay-Fun V5 on a Simple round wire. Ti coil. @ .26.
I can get all most 3! Full tanks on a charge
They may only be 15 amps, but they have staying power :)

I've been using the 20700B's almost exclusively since they were first available. Incredible battery for my 30 to 35W vaping style. Can empty an 8ml bottle in a (gasp) mech and still have 4 to 6ml worth of reserve left if wanted before the big noticable drop off.

I don't like the idea of the "toss it" pod, either. A - I'm cheap! B - It's a waste of materials in this "green world"!
More worrying to me: How available will the pods be, and for how long into the future?

Other than that it does look like a great stealth system for those who need a stealth system, especially if you use low gunking liquids. I'd also like to see a little more capacity than 2ml. 3ml is OK, I guess, but more than that and you're probably going to exceed battery cycle capability versus liquid capacity.
Mike already said that it's not possible to drain a 3ml pod on a single charge.

Well Todd says there are 3 pods included with each Orion. He also says each pod is lasting him more than 2 months. So that is like over 6 months of pods. And you will be charging that Orion probably easily once or more a day. So in 6 months time, that internal battery will have like 200 recharges already. Probably about time for a cell replacement. It's going to be tough finding a cell that size (probably soldered in) capable of 40 watts. Most will probably buy another Orion and get another 3 pods.

While Lost Vape is one of my favorite Chinese companies manufacturing mods. But they always manufacture a very small quantity at a time. Like take the Paranormal 250C. They only manufactured a 1000 of them. So you got to be kidding me? Did they really expect to sell only a thousand of them worldwide? Luckily they sold out very fast and actually did another production run of them. I haven't heard how many that run produced.

Lost Vape is famous for manufacturing a mod and after a few months after being released and then moving on something else. There are lots of people I hear would buy a Drone DNA166 if they could find one. Btw, I hear that Lost Vape will be releasing a Drone 250C that should be here Sep/Oct. Another one that is very hard to find is the Therion BF 75C. They rarely make enough of anything to keep up with the demand. :(

This plays rite into Rossum's thoughts on the pod availability. A few months down the road, you may be SOL!
Making limited runs on vape gear is probably a good business move on their part.
The scene moves so fast, if you over produce, your product will be in the bargain bin to get rid of the rest of them. Consumers will pick up on this fast & just wait till the Hype dies down to get a deal.
If your making limited runs the consumer will want to get one rite away or they will be Sold Out!
If the demand persists a second or third run is all ways an option.
This is a good strategy IMO :)

Well Lost Vape doesn't do this for everything. Like the Epitite 60, Coral 60, and Esquare DNA60. They are still selling and the Therion 166 too. And they only have 10 mods listed on their website. The mech mod Furyan is currently their only squonk mod. Maybe since Orion is their only pod, they will keep that one around too. :)

Is it the flat top, bendy tubing, paint, or squeezing hole you didn't like?
I love the flat top, I could use the Aromamizer Titan on it in a pinch. ;)
The 90 degree leaky tube was a big problem... JB Weld finally fixed that issue.
I don't pay attention to paint, mods go in my pocket with keys and change so I can't haz nice things. ;)
The bottle is stiff AF but I don't mind that as I love the 11ml's.
The skinny little button supports that all broke, was another major issue. LV could have made a fortune selling replacement button frames... X-Acto cut foam pieces repaired that problem.
The main body had a really brittle plastic, battery door tabs breaking, screw posts splitting...

That's about it for me. ;)

I like the raised 510 of the Triade's. My paint is still great, except for the odd dot. My favorite form factor. My Efusion Duo's still look new on the frames, and I think might be their last Aluminium mods. Swapped out to a MM 510, cuz my Abalone one had the slightest atty swirl on top. I own nothing bigger than a 25mm atty, but been eyeing that Glaz

I use Mod Guards on everything, sizes from 22mm to 30mm, Kidney Puncher and the Chinese sites have them. Keeps the atty rash at bay.

Glaz RDA or RDTA? The RDTA is nice, less airflow than the Plus on the narrow slot, it's a flavor tank for sure.
If you get one, be sure to lubricate the glass threads on assembly and unscrew the deck from the base to tighten the positive post. Little 8yr old Jing Jing at the factory didn't get cookies that day as she never tightened them properly. ;)

I didn't have any interest in the Glaz RDA, massive deck designed for smaller coils to take advantage of flavor. I had a Temple 30mm RDA and couldn't close that beast down enough. If I was going to get another 30mm RDA then the CCI Centurion V2 would be the choice with it's various airflow options.

    Me to :)
I just can't seem to get over, in my mind that the Plus is a better buy!
The Plus can run in Single/Dual coil mode, has bigger capacity for basically the same size atty, not to mention all the fragile glass parts on the Glaz :(
BTW they have a Red & Blue coloured V2 & Plus Available now :)

Also this is new on the 30mm scene Buy Authentic Blitz FP RTA Black SS 30mm Rebuilding Tank Atomizer
I really like the deck :) Just cant under stand how a 30mm only has a 4 mil capacity?
6 with a bubble Plastic tank :( but still seems low for a 30mm.
