Don't think I am judging, because I am not. But for me in the past, I thought if you wanted a 2 cell or more mod, why get a 75C when a 250C only costs a few bucks more? And you could do so much more with a 250C than you can with a 75C. So this is what I bought for multiple cell mods.

Only later did I come to have a more appreciation of the 75C vs. the 250C. And I regret not buying more multi-cell 75C mods. As I have have one in my collection and that is the HCigar 75D. And while I love it (it feels like a mini Triade in your hand), I hardly ever use it since it is the only one I have. And I was lucky to get that one. As I only got interested in dual cell 75C mods when they were just disappearing off of the shelves. I love to get more dual-cell 75C mods, but I just can't find them.

I was just suggesting these cause, it mite solve your issue's ?
I kind of agree with Bill why not use a 250c in the dual battery mods ?
I use an Ijoy 21700 in my ABM1 & the battery life is pretty good
I like the swap & go convince cause, Why not it only takes a second to swap out a battery The ABM1 is pretty small
How do the 2 batteries drain on the 75c? are they at equal voltage when you take them out to charge them? The 75c board was primarily designed for a single cell, maybe the dual battery config has some thing to do with your issue's?

I want a mod that doesn't need a LiPO pack or series LiPOs but still has the run time capacity, therefor a dual battery 75C, or 75, fit my specs.. Just a preference. If I'm going to build a 250C I don't see the point of throttling it by running it less than 4S, not that I vape at anything, even close to, the maximum output of a 250C with a 4S. Just how I look at things. It still doesn't explain the failures I'm seeing and that is my biggest concern.

In fact I recently converted a couple of 250s to 75s running dual 18650s and the vape time is amazing compared to the 3S pack. The reason I converted them is that I got tired of changing LiPO packs every time they started swelling, from charging.

I have had pretty good luck with Lipo pack longevity IMO you get what you pay for! the cheapest lipo isn't all ways the best choice!
What I don't like is the USB charging
My round cell charger is fast! & swap & go is a better method than taking the mod out of circulation to charge. Thats why I'v been wanting a dual 21700 DNA250c mod
On that subject FT has made me wait for ever! I ordered the 2 Odins on Nov 10th, Shipping ETA is the 10th of Jan Funny everyone else has them in stock except FT IMO DovPOO is ...... that FT sold them too cheap!

Man, I see they still manufacture flip phones. And as far as I know, they don't require constant updates either. That just sounds wonderful to me right now.

I am using a flipper that is around twelve years old. Shamefully, I keep my calendar on paper. If someone writes an email then it gets answered when I am back at the machine.

unfortunately, we'll be forced to retire our faithful devices. all major carriers will give up 3g vz gave me a little reprieve - instead of 12-19 they pushed it out to 12-20.

I hate it, I have nothing "smart" and don't want anything smart. I will probably buy the cheapest least featured phone that I can find, strip it of all apps, turn off everything that can be turned off and enter "1984".

What;s interesting is that as phones have gotten "smarter" people have gotten "dumber" and are now slaves to their "smart" phone. I can see a use for them for certain people, like if I were still in IT or doing road service for networks/computers, but just to have one to tweet, factime, facebook and watch movies, give me a break!

I'm saying that and I have a Galaxy S5 and am slowly being forced to upgrade it to something newer, like an S7. I eat an apple a day, don;t want to talk on one though.

none of the older phones running on 2g/3g will function on 4g lte (they don't even have a sim card ) - they'll be obsolete a recent article gave me hope though. apparently, VERY large areas of the country are served by 3g only!

You have to let go of the old tech. Should there be a failure within your carrier and they can not replace it due to antiquated hardware that is no longer available then what are you going to do? You are out of service unless you change service.

There are manufactures who make simple cell phones that work on newer services. It is up to your carrier if they support said phones or not.
