Evolv-ing Thread

At this point, I had to Sign In With Evolv (linking) the two together. It only needs to be done the first time.

Can you explain that in more detail?

Go to Evolv LLC and sign in if you are not already. Then click on Forum at the top. Now Sign In With Evolv. Now the two should be linked. Going straight into the forum first, it will probably fail.

Interesting... I was going to suggest logging out of Evolv LLC and then log back in. But I can't when using Windows 10 and Firefox. I can log off with my iPhone though under Account.

That looks like to me that the Evolv Home logon doesn't match any Evolv forum logon. Are you using two different logons? If you are also using ECigStats, is that one different too? I believe all three must be the same and linked.

I'm not sure what you mean. I only have one account with Evolv and I don't know what ecigstats is . When I go to login by clicking "sign in", what you see in this screen drops down, is the only option and my first screen above is what I see next.

Then Evolv collects puff count, TC puffs, and so on. If you use it, it will tell you lots of information about your devices like this.

Ok it works a bit differently here if the forum is linked. I can sign off of the forum and I am still signed in at Evolv Home. But while signed out of the forum and selecting Register on the forum takes me to Evolv Home and here I can sign off if I am not BillW50.

Yup, the devices stats are going to Evolv and unlinked to your account. You have to link your email to ECigStats and then you're are far from done. Every device that you want to be linked to your account will have to be individually linked just once. If you have ECigStat opened and connect up a DNA mod/board, there is a button to link to an account. It also sends an email to the linked account for every device that you link. This only has to be done once. Well you could just ignore it all or just uninstall ECigStats too.

Right. I click that and it goes to the login page for ecigstats and when I click "login" I get that white page.

This is where I think you're losing me. Where is this linked account?

You have to be logged in with ECigStat first. That's your linked account.

Is there a separate login somewhere?

Even from being logged in at Evolv LLC and then selecting My Devices? If so, that's a problem.

This takes me to the same ecigstats page that the link in the interface of the app takes me to. This thing hates me LOL!
