Here is something bugging me lately. If this diagram is correct then it appears the current used to charge the cell has to pass through a 10K ohm resistor. How can this work?

I remember 6 wires going to the USB board for the DNA60. While I haven't seen the DNA60C wiring yet. If the same, then the battery wires are missing in that photo.

The DNA60 doesn't have screw mounting holes. Does the DNA60C have them? Anyway those would be the battery connections on a DNA60. And the 10kohm resistor goes on the USB Vdetect signal.

It would be 7 wires, but most people share the same ground wire for two points thus making 6.

My bad Bill, B+ and B-. I'm gonna go correct the above to match here. Still at 5 for USB.

The answer was right it front of me the whole time if I would have looked good enough, #11 , charger +
There are screw holes on the board if you don't break them off, but no ground through them.

Which leaves me then with another question.
If using Evolv's charger board do you use a wire instead of the resistor or leave #15 without a connection?

I used all 5. but never for charging, only escribe
