Experience/ Advice Required - IJOY COMBO + PRE-WOUND COILS ETC.

Hi Guys,
Im looking for some friendly, helpful advice in a few areas, mainly pre-built coils.
After some research I intend to purchase an Ijoy Combo as my first RDTA, to use primarily on my Sigelei Fuchai 213 or Cuboid.

I want to purchase pre-wound coils to use with the tank as I want to keep it as simple as possible plus the time issue is a concern, but want to make sure the selection packs, various ones I have picked out will be suitable.

Currently I use Sub-tanks (Crown, Herakles, triton 2) and vape usually the 0.5ohm coils or the 0.25ohm.
I have picked out the following items (all from FT where I will be purchasing for the value aspect) and would like some advice or links/ product numbers that might be a better bet, I don't really want to be vaping any higher than 80watts. I'm usually at 40-55range.

The whole twisted, stapled, fused wire, SS confused the hell out of me. I'm happy to try simple but wouldn't mind a few of the more exotic coils to try at some point in the future. Are any of the type I have picked out below okay? Diameter confuses me also

Also would like advice on the best batteries to purchase as i'm due another set. Currently have some ‘Brown 18650 300mah 3.7V’ cannot for the life of me remember what make they are but were recommended on a forum at the time.

Plan on purchasing during Xmas when I think FT have a 15% promotion going on so any help prior would be much appreciated.

OK, if you want to stay ~80W on a Combo, a dual coil build coming in at 0.5 or 0.25 ohm should be fine (remember 2 coils you have half the resistance as a single, 2 1 ohm coils will give you 0.5 ohm). Any of the above can do that. As far as hive/fused Clapton/Clapton/alien/twisted, the point of all of them is to increase the surface area to vaporize more liquid than a regular coil. It's a kind of personal preference which to go with, or even whether any of them are preferable to a plain simple coil.

Typically there can be quite a bit of variation in the quality of these prewrapped coils, from resistance measurements far different than what's on the container (you do have an ohm meter or regulated mod that allows you to check the resistance, right? really important to have of you start using non-factory coils) to how much machine oil remains on them. There's nothing wrong with trying different coil types to see what you like as there is no right or wrong decision. However, I would start using the Combo with simple wrapped coils coming in around 0.5 ohm to give you a sense of "baseline" performance, then see if any of the other builds are better or not in comparison. The little tool kit you posted looks fine, and that cotton should work OK as well.
