If a clapton it's for mtl it means it's just a thinner clapton and u can use it on any atty u want it just won't produce so much vapor and gonna be kinda cooler vape.... but if u like a cooler vape and u don't mind a little restricted draw u can close airflow a lot and use even something like 30*2/30 superfine clapton mtl for double coil on the Zeus x
There are no rules in vaping that's why it's sooo cool.. :D

To get an idea what I mean when I say that no matter what coil u get u can adjust it to your liking I mean like even a clapton that is considered thin

or not that exotic u can just go triple coil and get huge clouds and flavour like this for example....it's 3*30/38 claptons and I was vaping it at 75-80watts cause I wanted something strong but I didn't had any big coils...

And to see when I say bend the coils away from each other that's what I mean...see the 2 coils on the edges how they are bended to be closer to the airflow holes....this to me made the flavour sooooo much better on the Zeus
U may want to try this someday I mean bend the 2 coils like that not on a triple setup but on a double...
U just make sure to check not to touch the inner Bell and short ofc....I don't move the coils sooo close to short but just saying .....there is good space inside the Zeus

I used to use an app called vapetool for Android phone it was paid app tho to use the calculator of coils but u can use steam engine I think u can't calculate by the feet resistance but just put the specs of the coil u got and show you the resistance...
If u use regulated mod tho it doesn't matter anyways except if u got a mod that can't work on some very low resistances I guess or u use mechs

The resistance for those prebuilt wires are displayed on the spool, is there a way to use Steam Engine with this value only and then calculate the wraps?
$3.69 316L Stainless Steel Tri-Core Heating Wire - authentic Coilology / 3*28/38 AWG / 3*0.32mm/0.1mm dia. / 1.08ohm/ft / 10ft at FastTech - Free Shipping
The resistance is 1.08 Ohm per foot/3.54 Ohm per meter

The coil should be Ø3mm

These are the coils I use atm in fact it's even same brand spool I use double coil 6wraps 3mm id each 0.15ohm

Steam engine shows the amount/length of wire used for any particular build. That information can be used inversely for estimation purposes.

Take notes and look for the trend.

Does this calculation look right?
The wire used is the VandyVape Ni80 Heating Wire 28*3/38 AWG / 0.32mm*3/0.1mm / 1.58ohm/ft / 10ft

This calculator always seemed to me very complicated and never could make fused claptons with it...I use Android app called vape tool that need to buy paid version but I just downloaded the paid version for free by Google searching...

I don't know why u try calculate but since u use regulated mod then no need to care for the resistance it will have..

If u want for the zeus x I guess 5wraps each coil is the least u should try for double coil setup and then if u feel u want more u go 6wraps coils or 7wraps

Using the wire above, I would populate the fields as follows.
Each coil will be 0.4Ω for a dual coil build of ~0.2Ω

Set power as desired

I assume you are familiar with the gauge system? It's a weird system: the bigger the number, the thinner the wire.
Anyway, to keep things simple, for such tank I'd recommend to start with classic two-core fused claptons, like this for example:
$3.24 Authentic XFKM 316L Stainless Steel Fused Clapton Heating Wire - 32/26*2 AWG / 0.12mm/0.4mm*2 / 15ft at FastTech - Free Shipping
Important is the core wire diameter, 26 Gauge is ca. 0.4 mm

If that is not powerful enough, thicker core may be better:
$4.50 Authentic 316L Stainless Steel Heating Wires - 24*2/32 AWG / 0.5mm*2/0.2mm dia. / 10ft / 0.61ohm/ft at FastTech - Free Shipping
This is 24 gauge cores, i.e. ca. 0.5 mm diameter.

Tri-core fused clapton is also good option for more power:
$10.75 Authentic XFKM 316L Stainless Steel Alien V2 Heating Wire - 3*26/32 AWG / 3*0.4mm/0.2mm dia. / 15ft at FastTech - Free Shipping

Thats in general, I don't have Zeus and don't know what will be perfect there.
