I hope so but I will wait till after I see the video demonstration to decide whether or not I want one.
I just read this on Cams site;
"Current orders will no longer have a Proteus automatically reserved as we have now passed the initial allocation from the ECF list."
So if you ordered a penelpope from the first batch it's automatically reserved, any orders place now (the second penelope batch) won't have one automatically reserved, at least that's how I read it. Unfortunately there is no notification list for the Proteus yet as it's not actually listed on the site yet.

Well good luck to you I hope you get one. I think I will hold out till after I have a GGTS in hand, as I already have a VV device.
I have several VV mods too but I don't have a slim GG one (I have a couple of kicked GGTS's though), everything else Imeo makes is in a league of it own so I have no second thoughts about buying anything he makes if I'm lucky enough to grab them before they sell out.
Latest try. I'm using cotton yarn that I boiled to get the sizing out. I'm also trying a different NR wire.
Up till now I've been using .999 fine silver wire for the NR portion but, I saw Imeo mention nickel wire in a couple threads. So, I got some of this nickel wire. It's cheaper than the silver and I don't have to depend on finding a supplier on ebay. Sorry, I can't say whether it's available outside the US. It's stiffer than the silver but, not bad to work with and it's working great so far.
From a vaping experience, the cotton yarn is about the same as the roll cotton but, it's a lot easier to get consistent. So far, it's lasted longer than any of my cotton wicks.
