I had the same issue, but not at first. Mine was the charger. The negative post on the charger, the one that applies pressure to the battery to push it into the positive post, would eventually sink back farther towards the bottom of the charger. This would keep the positive post from making good contact with the battery. Once I raised that negative piece back up, everything started working again. I still have to raise it every 5-6 charges, but it only takes a second to do and it's not that big of a deal to do it.

My charger wasnt working 2 days after I got mine. The contacts on the positive side were pushed in to far and the batteries never made contact. After tinkering I got it working. My batteries last me usually all day and I vape about 3-5 mL a day.

Jenny it is your charger you need to bend the negative contacts up a little bit more so it makes contact with the batteries fully , I had to this to mine and on ocassion I have to do it again as they get pushed back down . normal charging for these batteries is at least 2.5-3 hrs .

I was having the same problems as you, batteries with very short life, etc. After reading this post and reseating everything in the Prodigy, I think my main problem was that I wasn't depressing the button hard enough...Try really pressing the button hard a couple of times and inhaling when everything stops working. I have to press mine in just the right spot and it's fine.

Serenna - I was having the same issue as you with the button. Having to press hard and find the right spot or it wouldn't fire.

I bought a switch without the resistor and that doesn't happen with it, so I think that resistor is causing the problems, not the button.

I exchanged that switch for another and now this new one is working fine. I don't have to "search" for that right spot or press really hard.
