Hi, just thought I'd give an update on my situation re the post I put up last Friday in regards to stopping vaping for a while due to a "suspected" allergy.

It took four days but slowly the rash faded and turned into really dry skin, the flushing/burning feeling eased as did the headache.
Now, five days later it seems I am totally symptom free.

I really don't know what this means.
Could it have been an allergy?
Could it have been Roseaca? Never had that before but reading up about it that is my strongest suspicion and THAT can be triggered by stress.

I am hoping that that is all it was and NOT an allergy.

I also believe, now that I am actually measuring out my water intake each day, that I wasn't drinking enough water which may (who knows) have contributed somehow to the situation.

I'm still going to wait a few more days until I start introducing vaping back to my system.
This time I think instead of doing a complete switch I'll gradually cut back on the cigarettes and ease into it. Don't want to shock my system - which I'm sure it was!

I'm also going to take up yoga!
I'm hoping to learn how to deal with stress so that it will help me not only with quitting smoking again but also for the future.

So....I hope to be back with all you vapers happily vaping to MY hearts content very soon!
