Hey mate, I wish I did -- but my DIY knowledge is very rudimentary compared to many on here who've built up anecdotes and experiences with the different flavor companies. However, I can tell you how I'd approach it to figure it out as quick as possible.
(1.) Consider taking an anti-histamine, even an OTC like benadryl. If it's an allergic reaction of some sort as opposed to something like a psoriasis flare-up that would help right away.
(2.) Stop using your flavoring. To rule things out, your options here are to vape either unflavored 100% VG, 100% PG, or a 50/50 blend. If it's the flavoring, and you try 50/50 first, you'll know you're all set. If it isn't, and it's either PG or VG, you'll add an extra step where you have to then try them individually. 100% VG is naturally sweet and will be fine, and 100% PG will have a real throat hit, but you can scale back a bit so you're at least getting enough nicotine to get by while this is sorted. If it were me, I'd probably take the risk and do unflavored 50/50, then unflavored VG, then unflavored PG.
(3.) Go into the DIY section here and elsewhere and explain clearly in the subject and title what's happening and what you're after, which is suggestions for flavorings that people who've had reactions to have switched to with no issues. Be clear that it's a rash, etc. There are other forums, both vape-related and things like this:

Cast a wide net. It'll not only help with the stress of what you're dealing with by giving you a sense of control, and you never know what might jig something loose or be a valuable piece of the puzzle -- as if it is the flavoring, it'd be helpful to narrow down what part of it it is.
(4.) Take the time to be nice to yourself by baking some cookies/biscuits. Remember I said this is what I'd do. I recommend oatmeal chocolate chip.
(5.) While you're doing the above, take a look at your vape gear. Has anything changed, like a new metal tank? If so, start looking at it, and consider trying a drip tip from something you know didn't cause it, or even your older tank.
(6.) There is a chance this has nothing to do with
vaping at all, and is a different type of psoriasis flare-up than you're used to, stress rash, fungal, who knows. While you're doing the above, if you can, get to see a doctor. At worst he can probably give you something topical, and at best he can help get you on the right path faster.
And for what it's worth, I'm really sorry about what you're dealing with. A rash is bad enough, but around your face would really be distressing.
