Was looking for some info on or about Ohms and volts used on a PV and how the various different values effect PVs? I mean I understand electronics and all, i'm just trying to understand how it effects PVs.

i have a question the other day i was vapeing while my friend was smoking well my batterie died so he offerd me a ciggaret i accepted and when i smoked it i got a great buzz felt really calm i was using 16mg in my e-cig liquid ive gone up 24mg but i still havnt been able to get that same buzz before can someone help explain why
