I need some info on this site. I know that it is a foreign distributor. I need to read so actual reviews from ppl who have used the site. Did it go well? Did you get ripped off? Was the product the product you purchased? How long did shipping actually take?

Im looking at getting a few things and dont really want to spend a ton of money on them so figured they would be the easy route. But my bank has the UK and China blocked from online purchases so in order to release them I have to do it in writing but want to make sure its worth it

Your definitely getting what you pay for. If you dont mind me asking, What are you looking to get? There are many similar items which can be purchased from a US seller with fairly decent prices. Due to being mass produced fasttech does have super cheap prices but for a little bit more money you can get better products and faster through a US based online retailer.

With Fasttech you can use paypal.

There are two huge threads over in the General forum discussing all things fasttech. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/519401-fasttech-thread-all-fasttech-posts-part-2-a.html is the second of those.

To answer your questions, I have done probably 10 orders or more from them, never had any issues at all. They are pretty good at describing the products they sell, so if they do use a brand name like Innokin for example, you can be pretty sure it's a genuine product.

Lately I've seen a lot of issues with customers who ordered batteries or liquid not getting them. Fasttech have admitted this is an issue with their shipping and has reportedly fixed the problem - but I cannot say if they have or haven't as I haven't ordered from them for a little while.

Shipping for me always took about 2 weeks from ordering to receiving. Do not use the free shipping option, 'upgrade' for the few extra cents.
Also read the description when you are ready to buy - the estimated shipping time will be listed right there on the page under the price. If it says ships in 10 days for example, they will usually hold the rest of your order up to wait for that item.

Finally, buyer beware. There are some good items on Fasttech, but there are others that are not so good. Do some research on the fasttech threads here on ECF and read the reviews / forum over there.

I must be the only person on earth that has awful luck with Fasttech. I only placed three orders and two went bad. I ordered a Vamo V5, it came DOA. They just wore me down when I tried to get a replacement. I finally just gave up. The second order I got. All was well, good deal. I ordered a third time. That was in the middle of January, to this date, Febuary 24th, I never got it. I've sent several emails, they just say to be patient. I know there slow, but over a month? But I know people love Fastech. I'm starting to think they just have a thing with me

Paypal should work...
I've ordered from FastTech several times.
Here's my experience:
1) They sell some crappy copies of brand-name products
2) They do NOT lie about it, and advertise them as the real thing
3) You have to read carefully, and you have to know that some product names have become generic. A "Protank" is not necessarily a KANGER ProTank. And FastTech may carry a "Authentic Kanger Protank" a "Protank" and a "ProTank Style". The one that says authentic WILL be authentic. The other's will be copies.
4) On the "authentic" stuff - or if you are OK trying a clone/copy - they will have EXCELLENT prices
5) Shipping is likely to be a couple weeks. If your order includes juice or batteries, they may have to use alternate postal services that can delay it. They had a REAL problem with weeks and weeks of delays for that stuff, but I am pretty certain they've figured out how to work around the rules and have it better. Slower than it used to be (I got my SVD in 7 days flat), but not too bad.
6) I haven't ever tried, but I've heard that if you DO have a problem - like receiving something just defective - that they actually provide decent support. You return stuff to Florida, and they refund or replace.

I have a love-hate relationship with Fasttech. I have bought from them 20+ times and i have 3 orders in the mail currently. The mechanical mods ive bought from them (chi-you clone, nemesis clone, atmos clone) and the accessories (cases, kick clone) have been fantastic quality for the price. Just fantastic.

the shipping is a much different story. The orders ive placed have taken between 2 weeks and 2 months and there is no pattern to it. Sometimes it is fast enough and sometimes i get real, real impatient. One thing: DONT CHOOSE THE AIRMAIL OPTION. That is one of the reasons one package took over 2 months (i stopped counting) to get to the southeast US and you dont get tracking numbers with the airmail shipping option.

Overall i love fasttech and some of their clones like the Kraken clone and the Nemesis clone are phenomenal for the price. Just dont buy anything you urgently need because it will take longer than you like to wait.

Hope this helps and happy shopping. :vapor:

I buy from SlowTech often. As long as you read carefully and know what you are buying you can save a bunch of money. I have had one DOA that was quickly replaced including my return shipping..My orders have taken from 15 - 85 days to arrive. Reading the conversations about products and descriptions carefully will help you get exactly what you pay for

So far what im getting is that if you pay attention to what you are ordering you should get what you want and if time is not a problem you should be good to go.. I have a good set up now but want to get a mech. do need it now so time is not a problem. and my fiance has 3 evod spinners and 4 tanks so she should be good for a while as well. Now just to try and set up a paypal and go shopping :)

ordered from them several times, each went smoothly but there but things to watch out for when ordering:

1) watch the shipping date as that is an estimate and they may or may not get the product in stock with in that time frame. sometimes it will be sooner but not usually.
2) once it is shipped it will take 7-10 business day's in most cases.
3) as mentioned above anything tagged "authentic" it's the real deal. clones can be good or bad just look at the reviews.
4) like I have told my friends that I show Fasttech too, You will probably end up buying more and more due to the savings you get each time you order. It's worst then extreme couponning since there is no coupons to be had.

since your wife wants a purple vamo, you can get the alloy ones from fasttech or buy one locally and get a wrap for it. my wife's is purple with butterfly's and she absolutely loves it.

FastTech is legit, haven't had any problems with them myself with over a half dozen orders. If you can tolerate long shipping times, delayed orders and other shenanigans...it'll be fine and you'll get what you want eventually. They do have stocking issues on some items and you do have to remember that you're ordering from China...so it takes awhile to get here. Bottom line, if you want it fast and convenient, definitely choose a local supplier. If you want it cheap and can wait, give 'em a shot.

They do have a fairly liberal return policy, decent/responsive customer service and they "generally" represent their products honestly. There's a lot of feedback here and on their website about the quality of given products. As for me, I'll keep doing my own imports as long as I can sit on it.

I figured I would put my :2c: in about ft. I have ordered frome them q few times. As a mater of fact I have 2 orders from them otw now. And I will order from them again. There was an issue with my very first order, it was sent back to ft for some reason and got lost in their wear house. They found it, sent it to me, and gave me a full refund. I got a genny that had a broken tank, sent them some pics and they sent me a new tank. They have good customer service. Just slow, but that's to be expected with how big they are. Like all that was said, you get what you pay for, watch the shipping dates on the specific items.

A pic is worth more than words. Here is sample of what I have purchased from Fasttech (Igo-T & RSST not from FT). I have been very satisfied with my purchases. I do a lot of research before I order and know that it might take a while to get my order. You do have to know what you're ordering. I enjoy shopping with them and will continue to do so.

I've never had any problems with them. Always takes about two weeks for me to get my order. It's a great site for replacement coils, batteries, and things that other people are out of. As a matter of fact, my first purchase of anything vape-related came from Fastech. Haven't had to use them for several months but they came through for me.
