New to the forum here but I just wanted to share an experience of ordering e-juice and having it arrive to me in 3 days from Korea.
I ran out of e-juice and had to order quick. I found a site called JantyJapan.com located in Korea.
The site is in Japanese. I think they are the Ovale distributor for Korea. Their strawberry flavored ejuice is okay and I heard that lime is good.
Anyways they ship via EMS. It took 3 days for the product to get to me in Minatoku.
You pay via paypal. If you can't read Japanese you can try the google translation or ask a Japanese friend?
Good emergency supplier. Not the cheapest and the shipping costs a bit but if you need the juice, well... you need it.
