Fasttech and paypal

I ordered some things off FT today and paid for it with paypal. The FT site said the paypal payment didnt go through but my paypal account still says they were paid. Has anyone experienced this? How do I check?

I haven't experienced it, but is your PayPal linked to a bank or credit account, or did you have a PayPal balance from which fasttech was paid?

Either way you should be able to get transaction numbers that you can supply to fasttech.

Give it another business day, see what transpires, and open a support ticket with Fasttech. Your other option would be to open a PayPal dispute, but things may be bogged down a bit because of the holidays.

Give it a few hours and go back to your FT Account/manage orders/recent order
If it is not there and Paid, copy the Transaction # and amount from PayPal into a support ticket. You should get a response within 56hrs.

If I remember right, you can check the Paypal status and see if the transaction has been accepted/completed, if it hasn't, you can cancel it thru Paypal.
