Warranty policy of fasttech

In the couple of words

I've ordered first Joytech Egrip at 20-th June. It was broken (I can't charge it) from the box. fasttech said that I have to send it to them back. They asked me to send Egrip back to them
I've received new (second) EGrip at 18-th august.
So 3 days ago it stopped to work again. I can not charge it. The charges are ok. I tried to use different charges that I have at home but charges don't work with Egrip but work fine with other different devices.
Now they say that my warranty time is out.
I had to wait over 1.5 month to send first Egrip to them (10 days), wait when it will be in stock (3 weeks) (because "solly mista no have"), wait for delivery second Egrip to me
But after 4 months it stopped to too.
So now they say that warranty time starts from the first order. And they don't worry about time for delivery defective item to them back, delivery time to send new one to me, and time "solly mista no have". Now my warranty time is out already they said.
