The pieces when tore down. It looks like the negative post is pressed in.

Uneven positive and negative posts?!

The inside of the top cap is domed. Airflow control ring lines up perfectly for dual or single coils.

A quick coil job. Some 30 guage 8 wraps each on one of those blue screwdrives we all have. It will be getting a more carefully built 28 guage 1 ohm coil soon. Legs like a 90 year old lady on these coils.

It looks good on the Nemmy.

Huge, thick, dense and slightly warm vapor spews from this thing. It blows away every other dripper I have even at 1 ohm. I was actually shocked at how much vapor come out of this thing. I did scrub it with hot soapy water and a toothbrush but it was surprisingly clean out of the box. I will be ordering another one or two. I have my coils about .5 mm above the air holes. It's pretty impressive so far.

Do you know who makes the one from FT? I have one by Infinite that I got off Ebay, looks the same. Great atty. The only thing that I don't like is that you can't take the tip off and easily drip into it. That being said the well holds a lot of liquid. I'm playing around with single coils in it now. The dual 28 0.6 ohm was a bit hot for me. I have had it less then a week but really am liking it .

No clue, but all of those "black box" clones are top notch. I have the brass TOBH atty and the stainless Kayfun V2, and they are perfect. If they are not made by Infinite, then whoever makes them is on par with Infinite.

That reminds me, my Magma clone shipped two days ago. :)

Guys I am having an issue with mine...made by Infinite. ..I am getting allot of vavapor and awesome flavor but no throat hit at all...I have tried several several builds but can't get it to perform like my other rda's...it is hard to explain but I get a mouth full of flavor...far more than with my others but it seems to stop there even with lung hits...I bought this because of the deep well and the amount of juice it will hold but I can't get it to hit right. ..I tried almost every build...single, duel, nanno coils to mega even twisted ones...I went from 2.0 to .4 and at the sub ohms I will get a veerry hot mouth full of vapour but nothing in my throat.

What I don't understand is why the same setup in my other RDA's is so different. ..unless it is the deep well design? Maybe I have to use a juice with more PG or nic? I just don't know... The quality of this device is Great! And I don't want to have to drip every damn 5 hits! ...lol

I dont have mine yet, but it may be because, if I understand correctly, the airflow comes from underneath as opposed to directly in front of the coils

Air comes in from the side and funnels the air like J over your coils. You don't need to take the top off to drip. Drip straight down the 510 hole. It will hit the delrin at the bottom and stay in the well.

As for TH, make sure if using a dual coil build you have the airholes lined up on both sides and are open. Go to the middle hole if needed. Make sure you have your coil directly over hole, but leave a little gap so you don't easily get liquid dripping down the air hole. This coil and wick has been used now for 2 days. Note not a single change of color to cotton. Here is a pic of my dual coil, 5/6 wrap of 28 at a 0.8ohm build. Perfect for this device. 0.5 was too severe on the throat. IMG_5911.jpg

I also just posted a review on the exact same device if you want to check it out in a little more detail.

EDIT: I'm almost fully certain the Magma on FT is the Infinite clone. It looks exactly the same with the same box and accessories included.

Hmmm. I'm getting more throat hit than I want and like I mentioned it's actually made my throat raw. Now I am running some tiny 30 guage coils and they are positioned just barely off the air inlet holes. I'm not experienced enough a builder to know if that will help with the lack of throat hit. It's odd I'm having the opposite scenario. I'm getting too much throat hit.

Totally off topic but that looks like a nice trad bow you have there huntsman. You build that yourself?

Back on topic, I'm about to start the 28 guage coil build now, shooting for 1.2 ohms. I will report back.

@TDC123 if you want to soften the throat hit up, bring up the air a bit. Make sure you are in the 2 chamber, wide hole setting. However I do agree with you, this thing hits harder than a lot of other RDA's 0.5 was unvapeable for me on this, and that's my go to on the Patriot which is drilled out. 0.8 on this and I keep it wide open.

Thanks TDM and naa I didn't make it I just shoot them ;) it is made by Welchman longbow

Dhim that is a really good video. .I will go look you up on youtube! I agree completely with everything you said especially the vape at .5 way to much for me...I will keep playing around with the builds and hopefully find something I like...the flavor is just that much better

This 28 guage coil came out to .8 ohms. It's quite a bit tamer than the smaller 30 guage coil was. Vapor production is still outstanding but it seems cooler.

Someone mentioned airflow. I could toss the ring if the magma didn't look so odd without it. Perhaps it's more useful at higher ohms.

Glad to hear it performs well despite the flaws :) I have one on the way (Ordered on the 26th of last month... Just shipped out like last week -_-) and found out I ordered the wrong IGO-M clone (Damn top cap only has air holes drilled in one side, gonna have to try my luck with a drill press and I've never used one before so good chance I'ma mess it up) so I'm really counting on the Magma to be my go-to dripper.

its dome seems to cause the vapor to cool down more, making it almost turn back into a liquid..I get a good bit of condensation with just a pull or two. I think it's just the nature of it..all my other drippers seem dry compared to magma.. which might make it seem to increase throat hit.

Raise your coil, so it's not right on top of airflow, or build a lower resistance coil with same airflow adjustment setting used.

Got mine from FastTech as well. Really very pleased with it. Love the beefy grub screws. My 510 connection is quite long however so you need an adjustable 510 connection on your mod with a good bit of play. Engraving is high quality also. Overall, an awesome little device. I wish there was an oring to keep the airflow in place when removing the top cap to drip though.

If the IGO-M is anything like the W, it is NOT difficult to drill through with a cordless drill and a standard drill bit. The drill press will be simpler, but probably overkill for this application :)

Yeah, I was looking at the new one posted up today on FastTech. It does not look as quality but I think the lack of the center spacer and press fit posts would allow for even more capacity. Also, the orings might help keep the airflow in place when taking the top cap off to refill. Also not rounded on the inside of the top cap. Not so sure about that part. I'll probably wait for reviews.
