What's the saying? "Fasttech is the vendor you love to hate?"

I do like to gripe about them, but I really do love them. For all my griping I will continue to be a Fasttech customer, and the reason is because they really are very good in the end. Chinese companies aren't really known for customer service, but Fasttech actually makes a good effort. Problem with my order? They'll fix it. Open a ticket. Other Chinese companies I have fear to deal with, but with Fasttech I know that if there is a problem Fasttech does step up to the plate to make me happy. Slow shipping? Yeah. My Kayfuns took five weeks from order day (and at the time I placed the order the ETA was 5 days to ship) to actual shipping (and this is well before Chinese new years). If I don't like it, I can always cancel and they'll give an immediate refund. Did I cancel the order? Hell no. Fasttech had Kayfun lite styles for less than $15. They are swamped because it is a popular item at dirt cheap prices. I didn't want to wait so I ordered from a U.S. vendor, and I got them in hand by the end of the week. I also paid about $10-20 more from a U.S. vendor for the privilege of having it immediately. (The Fasttech Kayfuns are still somewhere in the mail and I'm ok with it because I need more and no one can beat the price.)
If the OP is waiting on a $500 order, here's the problem/trick: break down the order into smaller orders. What Fasttech does is that if one item on the order list is not in stock, the ENTIRE order is on hold until the missing item is available. With Fasttech the shipping is free no matter even if it's a 90 cent item. You don't need to bulk order to save on shipping. I have another order that has been sitting for 5 days. After 3 days I open a ticket requesting that whatever is not available be cancelled. I just got a response about half hour ago that the cancelled the order on one drip tip and it's going to ship.
