fasttech problem

so ive recently placed an order at fasttech for a couple vamo v2 with a nitecore charger. apon waiting around 12 days i recived my order in the mail. and one of the nitecore chargers wereent working. so i imidently started looking for way to contact fasttech and i havent had any luck. i tried calling them a bunch of times and the phone was never answered. and i wasnt able to find a customer support email.

if anyone can help me out and guide me as to what im suppse to do that owuld be great.
and how does this process work? do i need to send my charger back or do they send me another one? if anyone has more information on this please let me know.

Hi Sogalishis - you can open a ticket. Go to fasttech and click on your orders. Click on the order no on the page showing the order. Then you should see a shipment summary - and over to the right order options. Click on contact support and service and it should take you to a ticket, or a ticket page with options. Give them 24 hours to respond.
You can also click on the contact link at the bottom of any page and then click on order tracking and support questions - and create a ticket that way.

okay yhank you very much. i sent them a ticket and ill wait till they respond to me with what to do

I will never order from them again. I ordered a Vamo V3 on 6/8/2013 and a second one on 6/9/2013. I received a message on 6/13/2013 apologizing for the delay due to the Dragon Boat Festival. I received another response a few days later that they received the wrong merchandise and to please be patient. Today, I received a response that due to rain, they still haven't received the merchandise. If they're going to put it up for sale, they should be able to ship it. Now they want me to wait until 6/21/2013. They will probably have another excuse at that point too.
 
I ordered several things from them in the last week or so ... (5 orders in total) 3 dispatched.... 2 "Order Received" status.. raised a ticket & within a few hours got a response saying "Certain" items were "Awaiting stock replenishment" & would I mind if they shipped it in 2 shipments .... NO PROBS with that at all ..... & told them so ... 45 Mins later order status changed to "Packing" 1 hour later changed to "Shipped" ...

In all honesty they have been great with me
