so ive recently placed an order at fasttech for a couple vamo v2 with a nitecore charger. apon waiting around 12 days i recived my order in the mail. and one of the nitecore chargers wereent working. so i imidently started looking for way to contact fasttech and i havent had any luck. i tried calling them a bunch of times and the phone was never answered. and i wasnt able to find a customer support email.
if anyone can help me out and guide me as to what im suppse to do that owuld be great.
and how does this process work? do i need to send my charger back or do they send me another one? if anyone has more information on this please let me know.
