Hey E-Cig Forum Users, I bought a grip of items from fasttech and I was trying to track my package and it has been stuck on ACCEPTANCE, HONG KONG since 10:31 AM on August 13,2013 for the past couple of days. I ordered my things on Friday, soo yeah. I listed the objects below just because I felt like I needed to list them.

Mine was in hong kong for a long time and magically ended up in san fran. So maybe it just wasnt updated yet. I have always recieved my orders in 7 business days. Although I live in san diego so it would reach here before the east coast.

Get used to it. Hong Kong terminal gets extremely backed up at certain times of year. Nothing to do but Wait.

Easiest thing is to Forget you have an order in and enjoy the surprise package when it arrives.

That is normal, 2-4 days tracking will show Hong Kong. It arrives and goes through both outbound and inbound customs there, then is sent to the US. The label will not be scanned again until it reaches it's first US Post Office, then it's 2- 4 days until it gets to you.

Hit or miss it seems , my last order was in hong kong for 5 days but the week before in and out in 1 day 1 of those mysteries of the orient I guess .

What they said ^^^^^. Also, some items show availability in 3 days or 4 days, so the whole order can wait on the delayed item. But if yours has made it out of FT, and to Hong Kong customs, you're not delayed, and that's good. Next stop San Francisco for 2 or 3 days, then 2 - 4 days to get to you. I average about 9 or 10 day deliveries to Nevada. Shortest was 8 days, longest was 15 days. Takes what it takes from HK and it is free. Best to you! Patience Grasshopper.

My order took two weeks for it to be dispatched overseas. It does take awhile and that is the price you pay for ordering from them. Give it awhile but keep in mind, once it is dispatched, track the package with your country's postal Service (i.e.: USPS or whatever it should be).

My first order arrived in about a week. Second order has taken almost 3 weeks now and not here yet. I am crossing my fingers for tomorrow.

I had this same problem with my last Fasttech order. It was stuck in Hong Kong for about 5 days, then I check on the 6 day and it was magically out for delivery.

Normally, the tracking is updated regularly. I guess they are just busy??

I wouldnt worry, it will arrive.

I had 2 orders in HK, on the 12th.
One arrived today in my mail box but the other is still in HK...

Go figure!

I'm happy that I received one in 5 days. I will still be very very happy when I receive my other orders around 15 days.

Hong Kong has been affected by a large storm the last few days.

Plus your tracking won't move until it's in your mailbox. I've used fasttech numerous times and I've just stopped worrying about it.

Have ordered 7 times from FT and EVERY order has shown as being in HK then one day I mysteriously receive a pickup slip from my local P.O.

That's why I use the free option that goes by plane.

OK, so I've had one stuck in HK since the 15th ($44). Wondering if its the same deal or if they really haven't updated. Did not realize there was a limit on the shipment for USPS with DC, and I ordered an Igo-L by itself ($7) and a replacement plastic protank for the bottom ring ($4) alone. So those two shipments don't have tracking. It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered those, there's no telling when I'll get em. All my other orders from FT have been within 7 days. So, waiting is killing me a little most specially since the order with the tracking is for my parents. My dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer a little over a month ago and he's had the surgery to remove it, but the doctor told him that if he smoked another cigarette, it would be like committing a long and painful suicide. So yeah, those two Evod kits I put together could not get here fast enough.

I ordered batteries. To Los Angeles in exactly one week. Tracking didn't really update until the last three days.

Many times the tracking order shows its in San Francisco, and the next day its in my mailbox here in Massachusetts, but tracking still shows San Fran...so be patient...USPS was never great on their tracking system..all my orders to Mass or Florida are usually about 10-12 days from date of order
