We got about 4 inches last night, and i was prepared to go out with brush and shovel this morning.
But todays rain is doing a nice job for me:thumb:Don't like clearing snow seems such a waste of effort.

Watch out for the water freezing to ice later though - that's worse than snow...

We didn't get up until 12  and Christmas Dinner was finished and eaten by 4pm, - Don't do aprons - cat managed to finish off what we didn't eat on Boxing Day
Sounds like a very pleasant laid back, easy going time! :)

Trish, I was alternating the Mint Choc Vapetto with the Lemon Bar/Sweet Cream on Thursday.
I'm having a job moving away from these three at the moment - they're all so good :)

Ian Couldn't get the Kopparberg this year so ended up with Rekorderlig Strawberry & Lime - just as good
I think we've got some Kopparberg sitting in a cold corner of the garage along with some Rekorderlig - forgot about it! Only thing I've had to drink was a large glass of red merlot with lunch on Christmas day.

Dave, sound like you have got Shinyitis - just take them out of your basket and put them in the wishlist and only buy the ones you really need
..and there speaks the wise voice of reason! :)

Was hoping for some vapemail today but my 2 items that landed on the 20/12 & 23/12 are still stuck at LHR according to tracking.
I got some!!! smilie gif greendancer.gif My Indigo order arrived! Think it would have been here on 24th if the Christmas post hadn't been so overloaded!
We have a visit to make this weekend, and I almost suggested going today because my Indigo order isn't big (6 small bottles) Glad we didn't go though ...they're glass bottles and were carefully packed in a box! No way would that have fit in the post box!

Made on 17th so pretty well steeped already! Two are NET's though (Creekside & Naturally RY) so will sit for a while longer. I'll be trying Gingersnaps, Shenanigans, Toboggan Noggin & Dawn to Dusk - smell rather good. I see Toboggan Noggin getting really good reviews ..sounds like one you'd like Bob. It's a Christmas one, so if I like it I'll be ordering a bigger bottle while it's still available. (I'm assuming Nathan at CH doesn't have that one)

Think your with the shinyitis. I don't need any of it, I'm just shopping out of boredom. Going from working 6x12 hr shifts a week down to nothing again now is killing me. Being laid up not being to get out again soon is gonna make things worse. I've starting thinking about making matchstick models just to keep my hands and brain busy.
Sounds no fun at all! ...perhaps I could borrow your brain as mine seems to have down tools due to lack of real tobacco stimulation!

Trish, still looking for a small RED box mod?
Don't know much about them, but looks quite tidy.
Yes, I'd like one - that looks nice, but not sure as it says it's not regulated, and also it doesn't have my favourite fixed battery (I like simple things!) ;)
In the meanwhile I'm waiting for one of those Red (with icky gold speckles) Smart-20 iStick lookalikes to arrive in the UK from FT! Shouldn't be long now.

Yep, only rush bit was when it was time to serve it all up, trying to get everything timed just right

I'm having a job moving away from these three at the moment - they're all so good :)

I seem to like the LB/SC more than the Posset, that is until I get the LCCC then will have to see how that one compares, another of my favourites is the Lychee Delight from Strix, although I am slowly going off all their other ones, nearly all the ones on the go are either CV or MBV with the odd other one thrown in for good measure.

Ooooh, get them out and drink them, I'm not a cider person really but these 2 seem a lot nicer, and of course they are only 4%, not really strong

more like experience

Yeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaaaaaa... Not one order Arrived today, But two :D. The 70 watt Hana/Full size Lemo and coiling jig from fasttech, And my three Lemo drops from Ali Express. Not had time to re-coil the lemo`s yet, but i did pull the wicks out of them and put one on the Hana to do a test fire ! All it was saying was `short` Hmm, so i put an orchid on @ .8 Ohms, still short  Took that off, and put a different Lemo on, same message :(

Time to walk away from it, so went out to the shop for some more beer :toast: Came home, and put a rocket on the Hana @1.7 ohms, set it to 10 watts, and it was firing, Up to 15 watts, and bloody heck, what a smoke machine

Sooo, Lemo back on, and turned it right up to 70 watts, fired it and....... Rinky dinky doo, glowing like a light bulb :toast: Then i started notching down the watts, and it won`t fire a 1.1 ohm coil at anything below 29 watts, so tomorrow, i will re-coil the four lemo`s at around 1.7, to give me some leeway with the i-sticks and Hana !

Short - 2 things to look at - Hana is notorious for the pin to get pushed down and not pop back up, Lemo the pin is not flush with the 510 connector so on some mods it will not make contact with the pin on the mod.

All is good bob, i just can`t suss out why it won`t fire a 1.1 ohm coil below ( i said 29 watts ) but it is actually 27 ?

SMOK Xpro BT50W Mod
A lot more details here, you can even play with it via your mobile:laugh:
'Enabler'! ...if these things start accepting phone calls and text messages, I'm going back to the little cig-size ones! - nice, and thanks for finding it ..just don't think it's enticing enough to have me buy one :)

Yep, only rush bit was when it was time to serve it all up, trying to get everything timed just right
..and that's where cooking such meals has confounded me - OK, I haven't had enough practice, but I'm no enthusiast in the kitchen - it's a means to an end, with the end arriving rapidly with least fuss being the objective smilie hide face.gif - for me, everything refuses to be cooked at the same time

I think Posset is one of a kind - it's cleanly, mildly creamy. Refreshing, and very nice at the right time. The LCCC is my favourite lemon one.
Strix didn't work for me. If you like Lychee, watch out for Humming Bird from NT, or get some of the last run: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/nicoticket/624722-cats-out-bag-sticky-situation.html - it'll be really well steeped and is a lychee/cranberry flavour.

I found a fair bit of chatter with Nathan of Cloudhouse at Reddit - he's about to begin using a different shipping system to La Poste. I'll certainly be using his site again. I haven't tried everything I got there yet, but have found a couple I'll buy again already. I'll try a few more of the Gremlin for a start.
I saw someone suggest he doesn't close the site down during holidays, and just disable the basket instead - that way people can browse the site in the way I wanted to today! :)

Found a few at Highbrow too (Tiramisu, Dark Chocolate & Cheesecake so far) - got four more to try now though. Don't think there's an 'everyday for months' one in them so far though!

I tend not to buy anything that seems similar to Chefs because I'm happy with my favourites and they give me very little problem with breathing as long as I avoid the cinnamon and fruits that I'm sensitive to.

Ooooh, get them out and drink them, I'm not a cider person really but these 2 seem a lot nicer, and of course they are only 4%, not really strong
The only one we've used so far was the Lime & Elderflower ...lovely! Had it with a tuna salad on a nice warm day in the garden - perfect! I must try a few more :)
Tesco had an offer of something like buy 4 get one free, so I bought them for three weeks running. There's some alcoholic ginger beer too I think.

more like experience
....where most wisdom evolves! ;)

Lucky you :D - no mail today :(
Lucky that it actually got here I suppose - this is the duplicate I had to buy when the original ended up on New Zealand! I did actually only buy 4 of the original 6 I'd ordered, and Indigo offered to add a couple of free bottles, so I asked for the two I hadn't ordered :)
Seeing it wasn't by Int. insured shipping, I can't claim, but Indigo told me to take it up with the postal systems involved, and Royal Mail replied to the message I sent through the USPS site telling me to refer it back to the supplier who could them give them the full shipping details! Being bounced around like that isn't what I wanted ...just someone to tell me where that package went when it arrived in NZ, because it hasn't left their airport!
But, at least I have the second one.

No she can't - our Trish likes a Win Phone
True, and it's not a bad phone to use :) Don't like the android one bit - I'd probably not dislike an iPhone, but can't possibly justify the cost seeing I refuse to be a slave to a mobile phone. It's only switched on when we need to use it
I prefer to save such expense in case my monitor or computer decide to play dead. ...I'm also yet to resolve the camera/lens issue!
Cig batteries talking to phones? Nooooo!

And that is why I like to stay with pre-re made coils  I'd get so mad with that kind of thing :D Still, I'm glad your stuff arrived!

Twasn`t the coils trish, the same thing would have happened with a pre-made one :) Twas me myself, not turning the watts high enough to fire it . But i still think i will make a higher ohm coil to start with ! I will have a good play with it tomorrow :toast:

EDIT: What am i thinking, it was a pre-made coil already installed

I see under the comments for the Red one someone else had the same problem - am wondering if it suffers from the same problem as the iStick, have you got something with a sub-ohm build that you can test on it and see how low it fires

EDIT just checked on one of my real DNA30 mods and although they can go down to 7w the lowest it will fire without showing an error is 10.7w and although it will fire down to 7w it flashes the resistance showing there is an error.

Ian Couldn't get the Kopparberg this year so ended up with Rekorderlig Strawberry & Lime - just as good

My Niece had some of the Rekorderlig the last family meal out we had. Had a try then, quite nice. To my knackered tastebuds, the Rekorderlig tastes more cider like, whereas, I get more of the fruit with Koppaberg. Could just be me though

Now the question - it's been quite nice down here, a bit of heavy rain last night - so who's snowed in ????

Bit of a dusting here last night - but in Oldham there was an inch or two. Was funny driving around today, Rochdale - a dusting, Oldham - you could make snowballs, Middleton - nothing.

I'm sure you'll suss it out mate.

Was the Hana giving the coil resistance and just not firing, or was it not even reading the resistance of the attys mate ??

Sounds a very strange one Terry, glad I've got your mech mods, they're so much simpler to work out. :)

He'll be asking for them back Dave

I just tried it bob. 57.5 watts is the lowest it will fire at with the .8 build  Pile of crap can go back, and i will get something else.
