That Coffee Hazelnut Cake definitely smells strongly like a doused smokey fire!
Think I'll put mine aside somewhere for a month ....or so.

I haven't opened any aerovape yet, probably won't get round it for a while.

Can anyone see a problem here........

I've just found the best juice so far for me Razzy Twist by LT Ecigs. 10mg @ 50/50.
If I buy 3 x 30ml bottles ready to vape, it's £16.56
If I buy 100ml base mix,12mg @ 50/50 @£5.40
And 1 10ml bottle of Razzy Twist flavouring (recommended mix of 10%) @£2.46
Mix the 2 together, I would have 110ml Razzy Twist E Juice ready to vape after steeping 12mg @ 50/50 for £7.86.

I know it wouldn't be exactly 50/50 because I don't know what the flavouring is, and the nic level would drop 10% so that's -1.2% which = a final 10.8 mg nic.

Yes I'm talking out loud again, but I'm nervous and want to make sure I'm right..:)

Looks almost right to me. Just a little maths error. If you add 10ml flavouring to 100ml base it'll come out at more like 9% flavouring. (10/110)*100 = 9.09%
For 10% you'd need to add 10ml flavour to 90ml base. :)

I've not ever tried pre mixed LT juice so I don't know how strongly flavoured they are but I've used some of their own brand concentrates and be just be aware that you might need to take the flavouring % a little higher than the recommended percentage with them (I use 50:50 as well). The % they give is to start out at and some have been good at that and some have needed a bit more.

What DIY juice people such as myself usually recommend doing is making a smaller batch of 5ml or 10ml while you're working out the % flavour needed, then make a big batch once it's perfected.

Still works out way cheaper though even if you have to mix it at 15%.

Also with regards to it not being exactly 50:50, most flavourings are PG based so with 10% flavour it'll end up being 55PG 45VG, which isn't a huge deal.

:rules:
Not vapemail,local B&M purchase.
Had a full loyalty card from when i used to buy juice there.
So parted with £17 and got me a subtank mini:thumb:

Nice, I've been using the RBA deck on mine for a few days now since I rebuilt/rewicked it and it's been performing well. Vaping it at 25w just after you fill it I get a bit of a dry hit after 3 pulls or whatever if I chain vape (no problems if you wait between pulls), but once you've used up half a ml or 1ml of juice it feeds better due to the larger volume of air in the top and I have no problems.

Overall very pleased.

Remind me ...who's Charlie?

That is a surprising percentage! Thought they all valued their jobs.

As for sea food, we're exactly the same - only fish, and then very fussy about which! Generally, we like cod fillet, smoked cod or haddock fillet.
I actually like kippers but can't abide the bones! ....oh, and a little smoked salmon in scrambled egg on toast for a rare treat!

Yes to all those, plus some sole, plaice and rainbow trout, although I prefer my smoked salmon in a sandwich with red pepper and lemon juice, which I have a least once a month, I used to be able to know how to remove the kipper bone completely but can't remember now, was taught it when I worked on the switchboard at the Dorchester Hotel, we had our own staff restaurant and kippers was always on the menu for breakfast, I'm sure there must be a YT video out there somewhere showing the best way.

Very good, the nic level would actually be about 10.9 mg 12x100/110 and the PG/VG would be about 55/45 flavouring is normally PG

Just pulled the nozzle off and took a lung full. Yep! you're right. Hope it taste better than it smells.
Think it's safe to say - for the time being - it stinks!

I like smoked trout :)
My Mum & Dad could remove kipper bones properly because Mum worked in a wet fish shop for a while before working at UCH.
Somehow though, there'd always be one of those thin softer bones that would decide to take up residence in my throat! Then she'd make me eat a slice of dry bread to get rid of it!
I don't like anything with bones in to be honest.

Yes I've been playing with steam engines juice calc and I also got 55/45 either way depending what the flavour was made of. The nic level doesn't really bother me to much to begin with, I haven't got a good taste for this yet and vaping anything between 6 and 18 at the moment, 6 was a bit low so as long as I get somewhere between 10 and 14 I'd be happy. I see how you get the 10% flavour worked out now! it's 10% of the final juice not add 10% of your base (10% of 100ml = 10ml) but that's sorted in my head now.
Amount mixed will be small to start just to make sure then I'll throw everything in that's left if it's right. I will be buying extra base and flavouring just in case, base I can store and flavour I may need to add.

Used 20ml of juice this morning just trying to get a vape, really done my head in. Orchid kept dry hitting or flooding, built 1 3 times before I got it and a kayfun just constantly floods even with new o rings all round it's running through. I've tried filling it, blocking the 2 air holes, holding upside down and blowing, and it seems to be leaking air past the fill screw which is rounded off and won't come out or tighten up. So I I've thrown that in the corner with a few other toys.

I'll keep plodding on, at least I haven't gone back for real stinky even though I was tempted a little.

Wow good bargain George.Just been to my local B+M store they're selling a mini nautilus for £29.99

Yes i'm pleased with the deal.
The way it worked is, everytime you buy a 10ml bottle of juice he stamps your card and when your card has 10 stamps you can redeem it for another bottle of juice.
When i started vaping i didn't realise how bad his juice is,i had wrecked tastebuds basically.Normally you can only redeem for juice.
But the guy knows i won't buy juice there again so he let me do it and he gave me a bit of discount on top aswell.Happy Days :)

£30 for a mini Nautilus:facepalm:Does the guy wear a mask?

Some of you will recall I loved this, but found I was sensitive to blackcurrant.
Also, some of you found the blackcurrant a bit strong ...well, my 30ml bottle has been steeping since October, and the blackcurrant is much tamer.
It's still very nice though, so I'm wondering if the tamer blackcurrant will be kinder to me and not stop me breathing like it did before! (Pest of a thing I get with some fruits!)

I'll soon know ...enjoying it at the moment though!

:) I used to worry about getting the nicotine percentage absolutely correct, and usually it was lower than intended - then I realised it didn't matter at all as long as it worked for me!

You all amaze me the way you'll keep tinkering around with these things - I'd dump everything in the bin first sign of problems. That's why I'll never buy any of those things - they sound great, and at times I do envy you all, but I'd never even have patience to rebuild stuff, never mind try to work around problems!

I have mostly MOW in both sizes now, as the Nautilus BVC coils have been dreadful lately. Also got some of the Eleaf GS and will get an Air soon. The GS are a bit too airy for me so do need the air control. Currently using my coil clogging Mint Chocolate Vapetto in an Evod because the coils last longer and are cheap to replace frequently
- not as good as a Nautilus flavour, but not bad either! :)
I still have the ET-S, Genitank and Aerotank minis to try!
