Yep it does need some power mate to get it to fire up. The other thing you could try is, press the fire button then wait a second or two before you vape - gives the coil chance to warm up. Just make sure you give a small extra draw after vaping to clear any excess vapour out of the system.

I've got plenty of mech mods now thanks to Terry. So I'm gonna be keeping eye out for things like the cloupor mini, another ipv mini or cheap used istick 50w if I wait long enough. Just something small (ish) and powerful, can't say I'm ever going to need over 50w though.

I watched half of that george, and how do you think they would manage to implement a ban on open tanks ? I know they could stop selling them, but what about the millions of people, just like us who own them.
They can sod off as far as i`m concerned, mine ain`t going anywhere ! And what do they plan on doing when we use them outside our homes ? confiscate them ? Arrest us ? Bollox to `em
