I hoped they'd tell me to scrap mine, but they didn't.

I don`t know what they do with the returned items, probably they send them back to their supplier and get a refund themselves  It must cost them a bit of money though for postage costs, unless they claim that back as well. :)

I haven't tried that but it's described as: a complex blend of sweet and slightly sour berries, with a light hint of cool menthol - supposed to be a very popular one too. You may find you like it for a refreshing change, and it's only a light menthol!

Menthol ! Hmmm  I will let it sit for a week or 10 before i try it me thinks  I honestly don`t know why they bother to ask what freebie you want though, cos they never send the right one. :(

Think i will be ordering from cloudhouse in future, to cut down on the shipping costs.

EDIT: I see Ebola has hit the uk 8-o

Well we know two of that make that have failed, and there must be more ...so perhaps they prefer to send them back - suppose if they claim the costs etc., it'll have a bigger impact on them and perhaps have the factory pull it's socks up!

Give it a try ..it'll be steeped enough now anyway being a fruit one. I suspect it'll be more cool than menthol.

I'll be ordering there again. Think he's getting a courier option too, so even if it costs the same it should be faster, and there's other brands to choose from too.

Think it was only a matter of time - pity the health workers returning couldn't be transported in a safer manner and tested or quarantined, but that would put people off from volunteering I suppose! :(

Common sense says it's the only way to keep a decent reputation, but things don't always work out that way! As you say, time will tell ;)

By the way, Heathers Heavenly RY is very good! If I find more I like in those that I have, I'll get some more of it. Rich caramel vanilla! (Not to be confused with Heathers Heavenly Army - that's an RY NET ...I do have it but not tried it yet ..been steeping it)

Ah yes! I can't try those because they don't come with a Max VG option.

It's not the first, there was one down South as well about 2 or 3 months ago.
Yes - the male nurse who contracted it while still abroad? - he was brought back on a military plane in isolation and taken straight to an isolation unit. Or was there another?
As far as I know, this is the first case that's unwittingly travelled in on normal passenger planes, and then been diagnosed after arrival?

May have been that one, not sure, just remember seeing it on the TV news, you would think that those that have been working out there with the victims would be brought back separately from the travelling public, and put in a temporary isolation until they are known not to have contracted it.

I seem to remember this being suggested before, but it was widely felt that people wouldn't volunteer if they were subjected to long delays when they wanted to come back home.
Remember that US nurse who flouted her state regulation that she stay in quarantine if they let her out of hospital after she made a big fuss on TV by sending stuff from her iPhone? She was out on her bicycle the next day!

I do agree with tighter regulation to stop the spread, and think they should be cleared and in isolation before they board a military plane to come home. It's expensive and inconvenient for them, but it's the only sensible way to prevent other people being at risk.
The bed she'll be put in at the Royal Free will have to be destroyed, and they cost £25,000. Why not spend that budget to prevent it getting here in the first place!

Surely, if she could be diagnosed within hours of landing here on Sunday night, there had to be some suspicion on her part at least that all was not well.
Suppose that's new seats and fumigation on two planes for a start! Wouldn't like to have been one of her fellow passengers - plane air conditioning is ideal for spreading bugs around ...even though they keep saying it isn't airborne.
...and how did she get home from the airport - and then get tested for the disease and isolated by early morning?

Unless people are given more reassurance, they can be forgiven for thinking these returning volunteers are prone to being irresponsible at times rather than accepting the inconveniences of being sure.

From what I can gather it only takes 5 to 7 days for the symptoms to develop - not really a lifetime in quarantine in my opinion, and that US nurse should have been given 2 options quarantine or a bullet, putting other people at possible risk, that's the problem with the civilised world, couldn't give a rats a**e about anyone but themselves.

Rant justified! ...all very well doing such a brave thing and volunteering to help, and they're braver than I am in that respect, but those responsible for their safe return to other countries need to tighten up the regulations and make it quite clear before they go.

A news report a short while ago said they'd likely test the people sitting in the two rows in front and behind her ...if I'd been as far away as possible from her, I'd want testing!
Plus of course all cabin crew and airport staff she came into contact with. ...you rub your nose absentmindedly ...take your passport out and hand it to the person at the desk - they could easily become infected. It's that simple even if it's not very likely.

I'd be concerned if I'd been anywhere near, and wouldn't be surprised if people are asking to be tested just to be sure.

Vapemail, my Dovpo arrived this am, which is strange

seeing as according to FT my Smart 20 was posted

6 days earlier, off for a play now :D

Come on then, been sat waiting for the review for a full day now. Which model did you get? Is it good or what? I have 2 dovpo's in my basket and can't wait for a decent review from an owner.;)

I did note my first impressions yesterday

The model I got was the DT-50 with built in battery

I'll be able to say more when I've had it a bit longer

but so far so good, and the battery level indicator has only

moved 0.1 since I got it

Smart 20 just been delivered, so play time
