I just ordered a lemo drop. I was thinking over it over again until i decided to cancel my order on the new orchid and got the lemo drop. Paid less because i minus out the orchid. The reason i was thinking a lot on this, is because i was worried that the lemo will be a lot like the kangertech sub tank and aspire atlantis. Where the ohms are sub ohms by default and the istick wont be able to take it. How is the combo doing for you? Can we vape on it straight out of the box or do i have to coil the darn thing first to get it working =/

As George has said it comes ready to vape, and built to about 1.2 ohms, I think you only get the pop when the coil is cold, once it has warmed up it seems okay and they are the easiest ones so far to build on, when you get round to rebuilding it just make sure you put quite a bit of cotton/rayon in the coil and they like big builds 3mm - 3.5mm diameter, the Lemo comes with 5 extra balls of cotton and extra wire as well, not sure if the same applies to the smaller Drop

Ha! ..there's a sewing box deep in the darkest recesses of a kitchen cupboard ...I'll get someone to do a reconnaissance mission tomorrow! Then I'll see what I can do
(If I were to kneel on the floor and try to peer into the back of that cupboard, I'd fall head first into it! )
I actually think there's a curved heavy duty needle in there ..was my Dad's - a sort of upholstery needle ...if that can be found it sounds like it'll do the job because the curved sharp piece is flattened.

So, the object is to get something fine under the edge of the pin and try to lever it up? (Pin is an odd term for it - I'm assuming it is the flat brass coloured part?)

Er - it is safe to poke metal objects under it? ...I won't electrocute myself

as long as you don't push the fire button it's no more than a few volts, might give you a tickle, I use a folded out paperclip

I never thought i would say this, but i have actually gone off the blue moo now. Dunno what it is but i tried some last week, and it just didn`t taste right to me

was it fresh from the bottle or had it been sitting in a tank for a while?

Prefer the Lemo, a lot easier to build and a better vape in my opinion, it's just a copy of the orchid really

EDIT: did try a dual coil but in order to do it you have to use the pos post furthest away from the neg post, so trying to get the leg in the pos post without it getting in the way of the first coil is damned hard, in the end I couldn't get the 2nd coil to work properly so gave up took it out and kept the single in, that's why the res is high, was trying for a 1 ohm build.

Yeah think I'll stick to the lemo. I like the simplicity of a single coil over duals these days, especially as Ni200 dual coils would be kinda tricky I reckon. Haven't tried one yet.

It's amazing the difference, I have some CV doughnut king and the bottled is still a fairly tan colour, the tanked is dark brown, vaping it at the moment

You are 8 hours ahead of us, so where we're currently (as I write) 11.42am on Saturday, you're at early evening 19.42pm on Saturday.

Trisha, just make sure you don't press the fire button when you come to poke around with the screwdriver. Better still switch it off first with the 5 clicks, just to be on the safe side

Some liquids do that - I've always thought that something in the flavouring must darken after heating ...perhaps sugars, or perhaps specific flavours.

Ah! thanks! Something told me that poking a metal object into something with a battery isn't always a good idea! I'll turn it off.

I'd rather not put it to the test - I'll turn it off

Did you ever go to a fairground where they had those electric machines that you held the handle then turned the dial up until you had to let go of the handle, they were run off a 12v battery - your iStick can only put out a max of 5.5v - you'd be lucky to even feel a tickle

Have heard good reports, they are similar to the Aspire Nautilus Mini and people recommend using the new Aspire (not Nautilus) BVC coils in them. If you go to YouTube Shozza does a video review of them.

I find liquid in a tank gets darker as you run down the tank. I've read it is sugars and other things which aren't 100% vapourised (the brown gunk you get on coils) can flow back down the wick to an extent and mix with the liquid. Sometimes in my lemo or kayfun if I set it perfectly upright right after quite a few vapes you can see the brown stuff mixing back into the liquid through the juice channel in a sort of plume. I find sweeter darker liquids get even sweeter as you run down the tank for this reason.

If I leave an rda for days/weeks without vaping it I find the liquid in the wick turns kinda red and doesn't taste right. Not sure what that is but as it doesn't taste right it's a good indicator a fresh wick is needed.

Pbusardo did a review on the standard silo tank and didn't like it at all then posted an update at the start of another video stating that they changed the coil design and the newer coils they come with now are actually good.

The lemo`s are fantastic ! I got 5 of the buggers I know bob is running with the stock coil sarah, but i always rebuild any new tanks i get ! Running mine at around the 1.4 ohm mark for the i-sticks Again as bob has explained to you, just ignore the settings on your i stick when the battery is fully charged, in fact i turn mine as low as they will go, until the battery starts depleting, then i notch up the watts as i go along If you are going to be using the stock coil on your Lemo 1.1 ohms, with a fully charged battery on your i-stick, you will be vaping at 16 watts, whether you like it or not

Don`t think they could be any worse than usual george Just that one liquid, seemed to taste bloody rank, It was the last bit in a 10 ml bottle, so it just got binned !

My order turned up today, and guess what ? They got it bleeding wrong AGAIN I ordered 30 ml of SG`s captain custard, which i got, and 30 ml of SG`s ry, and they only sent me 10 ml !!!

This is the 3rd or 4th time they have cocked my orders up now, and i am getting seriously Hacked off with them My last order was 10 ml short, and they never even replied to my e-mail

I tried phoning them before ( no answer ) so i left a message, i have also sent them a strongly worded e-mail, as i am getting sick and tired with them now !

How the hell can they keep messing up like this ? It`s their last chance with me now !
