Sorry, been out all day and only just got back, I gathered that from the YouTube video by the Malay guy on the SX300, there are 2 versions of the Zero a cloned DNA30 type chipset and the YiHi SX300 chipset, it's the latter that I have made by Hotcig, so far it is okay - no problems

The SX300 is made by Yoshen here. I have no idea what chip they have in there. I need to check. As for the zero it looks cool tooo! I can't seem to make up my mind :(

I fancy a dripper,which do you recomend?
Going for flavour not clouds(but i don't mind if it does both).

:vapor:

If it's your first dripper then probably best off with a typical 3 post design with reasonable airflow settings, so you can see what you like. Something like a tobh maybe, would you be getting a clone from FT?

Not necessarily from F.T Adam.
Like the idea of the Veritas and Marquis not leaking but read they are hard to build on.
Heard the Magma is great for flavour, like the look of the Stillaire but shoildn't really buy something for the look.
I'll take a look at the Tobh, any others?

Well going by the name I assume the YiHi SX300  in the YT video it showed the same "Welcome" screen when switched on, as is in the Zero G-Sensor, to give you an idea of the size it is about 1cm deeper and taller than the iStick but about twice as thick, the dna Zero is slightly smaller but uses a Chinese dna clone chipset, and that might be the one that you have seen being re-sold as that was the 1st one to come out.

Caterpillar is not too bad, I have one of those on my wooden parallel/serial 18500 mod and has a dual 1-5 hole adjustable airflow

There are so many drippers it's kinda difficult to know where to start.

I have a veritas clone and it's great but not necessarily as a first rda as it's a bit of pain to build on. Take a look at some build videos and see if you reckon if it's a bit difficult. I'm also interested in a marquis and it should be an easier build than the veritas as it comes with those rods for coils

Magma is good for flavour and easy to build on. Also holds a fair amount of juice for a dripper. It isn't suited so well for high power/low resistance (like 30W+ in my opinion) and won't produce as much clouds as others though. If you're not fussed by that I have a clone from FT and it's good quality. Would be a good place to start.

The zenith or mephisto are also good options for a standard 3 post design dripper as well, although the post holes in the mephisto are huge and not so good for thinner wire. 28ga would be ok I reckon though.

Stillare is meant to be good I think although I don't have one. For drippers check out rip trippers on youtube he's got reviews for loads of them.

If you have one these - it appears that the insulator under the positive post of the rebuild-able section is dangerous:

EDIT: Think this needs further investigation as he mentions silicon and plastic but silicon is supposed to be heat resistant, unless it is only the tank cracker juice that is affecting the silicon and causing it to disintegrate.

First thoughts on the orchid V6, the main differences between V4 & V6 are the full length glass tank which is secured by a threaded section on top of the

chimney and sealed by 2* " L " section silicone seals, the bottom seal partially obstructs the fill port but it can easily be filled with either a needle nosed bottle or a

blunt 18 gauge luer lock syringe needle. The dual 2mm air ports have an insert on the build deck side which lifts it about 2mm above the deck and both have a grub

screw for air control. They haven't drilled the air ports to take the insert so the diameter is slightly reduced but the difference is hardly noticeable in operation

I built mine one side with a 1.8 ohm 30 gauge coil and cotton wick and filled it with onepoundeliquid cherry menthol and it's great at 9 watts. In hindsight with reports

of the single coiled Lemo performing so well, perhaps they would be a good option seeing as I personally haven't found a taste/flavour benefit from the extra juice

consumption using dual coils

EDIT
I need to fire my proof reader, I didn't set it out like that, honest

Couple of interesting ones on FT today:

https://www.fasttech.com/products/1/10012175/2066300-kuro-koiler-wire-coiling-tool-3-pack

- Clones of kuro coiler jig thingys

and....

https://www.fasttech.com/products/1/10006473/2066200-infinite-kayfun-v4-styled-rta-rebuildable-tank

an Infinite Kayfun v4 clone. This thing will sell loads I reckon as it's indicated by FT to be an infinite clone and they are generally regarded as one of the best (if not the best) cloners.

I'm on a group buy in AAEC for the newer Kuro coiler which is all 3 in one piece, but the KF4 sounds good.

Vince are you using a smartphone to do your posts, as nearly all your posts have a blank line in between, have noticed that on your previous posts, makes it harder to read.

No I'm on my laptop, think I had some indents set from a previous forum with limited bandwidth, should be ok now

Just rebuilt the second of my Lemos.Fresh out the box.
28g kanthal,6 wraps on 3mm.(thought i'd go with Bobs suggestion and try the bigger coil diameter)
... cotton.
Well i'm blown away.
Tried at 15w,12mg Cosmic Fog...Milk and Honey WOW!!!!!
The flavour and vapour where beyond belief(AFC is only half open). The juice is a favorite anyway but i've never tasted it like this before.
Seriously impressed.

You beat me to it Adam. $20 for each coiling jig on all the sites I've seen (but their all Out of Stock) - so $60 for all 3 sizes
or $6.82 from FT for all 3 sizes.

I've just ordered 2 sets :

https://www.fasttech.com/products/2066300

Plus another black Lemo and a pair of curved end tweezers for wicking.

here's a video on the Kuro Koiler :

It's a cracking piece of kit :)
