I'm originally from Kent. Born in Orpington and raised in Brighton as a child when not in Mallorca.

We have some similar ideas on tanks. For mods right now in using three temp control. Opus 200, boxer mod (350j yihi chip) and the istick 40 tc

I'm looking for w good dripper. I have a magma but as a non dripper I don't know much about recent ones. And the magma tastes good but screw on tops are really annoying. I also have a tobeco Aqua v2 clone which is probably better in dripper mode than the magma as a dedicated.

For tanks I'm really enjoying the taifun gt-t Hotcig clone. And the kayfun v4 clone. I've been vaping quite a while but I still prefer mouth to lung than big clouds. I have a lot of clones now. I think about 8. I also have some authentic inexpensive like the subtank mini etc.

Surprisingly the ego one with clr heads is amongst the best. With the regular heads it's terrible IMO. But the rebuildable coils completely change it.

I've been through Atlantis and some other tanks. The triton probably interests me he most right now. I just ordered some 316 stainless steel to try hat as a wire for tc. Fortunately the DNA 200 has the ability to profile and add temp information

Orpy is not far from me in Camberwell, I used to work on the railway so took trains down to Brighton when I was on the Southern, I also have the iStick 40w TC, a couple of Yihi SX Mini Ms with the 350J, trouble is you can't get them any cheaper really because Yihi won't allow them to be reduced.

Those 3 RDAs that I mentioned all have pull off tops, depends on whether you like a hot vape or a cool one, there is also one called the Bullet which is good as well, very nice for cool vapes, the Doge and Mutation X v4 can get a wee bit hot, depending on your build, I have an original Doge with a 0.26 dual coil build on top of a Semi Mech that can output 60A and 250W, but with that build and full battery it pumps out 84w and is too hot for me after a couple of puffs :D

As for the KF4 the Infinite one is the best clone, and it comes with a clear bell cap as well, the Triton can take the Atlantis coils as well, which is handy.

Will steel work with TC? or is it because of the way DNA200 works? I have a Zenith with a Titanium build in it, but all the rest are Ni-200 - am waiting for a wooden DNA200 to be made this weekend for me, so I might get it next week if I'm lucky :)

I got mail:
Mrs Bees True Dairy Custard - smells good, a drop tastes good: eggy/creamy - a small amount in a tank is seeming to be a nice eggy type custard, but does need to steep ..into the dark cupboard with it! ;)

Chefs - some of the new flavourings: Welsh Custard concentrate, Flavorah Black cherry, Mocha, Blueberry Muffin and Cream.
Plus a bottle of the new ready to use Superstar Circles 3mg Max VG - will try some of that later.

Nice Trish, are you going to give it a go?
May do at some point - I like the sound of almond/vanilla/brown sugar ...bourbon? - who knows! :)

I've had difficulty ordering an atomiser before(non-Aspire)and had to use a CC in the end.
But i ordered and received Aspire Tritons using PP without a hitch.
Perhaps FT 'forgot' to add those so far ..and Aspire didn't notice yet

Got an issue with vids playing on Youtube since i changed to Windows10.(getting the error message,it does right itself after a while, but it's a pain)
So i googled it,and a lot of people are suffering the same. One reviewer can't get google+ to reply to comments made on his vids.
So what's the cure?
Do i wait for microsoft to sort it or is there something i can do?

Steel works for temperature control in general. However yihi are going to have to add it. I really hope they do. The istick can't support it. Much like titanium you can probably use it but the temp is off. For the DNA there's an equivalency chart floating around for titanium. Maybe someone will add one for the DNA 200.

Very nice on the wooden 200! You're going to love it. I'm a big fan if he yihi chip but IMO the DNA is just s bt better. As well as the added computer stuff you can do with profiling. It just outshines. Going back I'd probably have no bought the yihi boxer but waited for a DNA 200 mod. Still it's good to have the different manufacturers. I just really hope they don't abandon it with new temp control and that they sort titanium out which doesn't work well at all on my boxer.

The new infinite kayfun 4 clone doesn't come with a bell cap any more. Which is annoying. However they fixed some cloning inconsistencies and I believe the material is better now. I have a ijoytech (different than joytech) kayfun 4 clone which claimed to be a 1:1 but the bottom part unscrews strangely so it can't be. Works well but not for temp control. The v4s kit adds a proper stainless connectir and peek insulator to the clone which is nice.

I bought the boxer mod over the m class due to double battery and honestly I wanted to build one myself. I love it for the house. It's a weird shaoe and texture to pocket however.

I'd prefer a medium to cool vape I guess on the rda.

The istick 40 is kind of a no brainer for $30. It's small and works well enough. But all joytech / eleaf / ismoka temp control stuff really gets the temp wrong it seems. I have to crank them up. I had an Evic. Two actually. Both returned as it never worked properly. L

I don't know camberwell I'll have to look at s map. It's been six years now since I've been back. Most of my family are there still.

Thanks for the thoughts on the rda and other info! I'll look at the bullet. The magma clone by infinite tastes good but the airflow isn't great enough for me.

Is the bullet an affordable authentic or is here a good clone? What about the others?

I had a velocity clone which was great tasting. A pain to build. And the non replaceable insulator melted really fast. I won't buy clones locally anymore. They always resell the cheapest and rarely the best.

Pricing on fasttech would tell me they are selling authentic tritons. However they said their subtank coils were authentic. If they are they're rejected h stick that I received. All the buttons were talking out in all 20. That put me off ordering so called authentic a from fast tech.

If it says 'authentic', then it is, if it says 'style' in the description, it's not genuine (doesn't mean it's not good though).
I've had two authentic Subtanks and a fair few packs of the OCC coils from FT, and they're fine. I also had a Subtank 'style' (blue tank) and that's good too. :)
I have an authentic Triton, but haven't used it yet ...looks authentic though!

Weird, I have the upgraded software on my Yihis for Titanium, and it works just the same as with Nickel, agree about the iSticks, the 20w were overpowered, but the latest 40w TC does appear to be underpowered.
I'd prefer a medium to cool vape I guess on the rda.
Well the Bullet (I believe it is EHPROs own make) and Velocity are probably the best for that, I originally got the Tobeco clone of the Velocity and have had no problems with it at all except that I tried a dual Nickel build and it came out too low for the Yihi to handle so had to rip one of the coils out, just looked at it and it's now showing 0.07. The 2 that came today, I don't know who made them, but I'm hoping the BF pin will fit the Tobeco one so that I can use it on my DNA40 squonker.

The Infinite KF4 works well, and I actually bought a kosher P3 connector so that I could have one permanently attached to my Provari P3 beta and it fitted perfectly.

Camberwell is just south of the Elephant & Castle, and keeps the peace between Brixton & Peckham , the area is probably better known for our teaching hospital - King's College.

I understand heir naming. And scratch codes. I'm not however convinced their saying authentic means it is. Or the codes aren't cracked.

I'm open to it. It was just a miserable experience to order so many coils and have literally every one of them be bad. The likelihood seemed low for an authentic product

Over here there typically isn't a benefit to ordering from fast tech for authentic. Their pricing typically doesn't beat the 1 day shipping locally

I have to say if I lived in the EU still I'd probably have bought authentic already. There's a path to customer satisfaction there we don't get. If I order something like a kayfun v4 or squape when they're brand new it could be a huge waste as we have zero return policy on those. obviously after the items become well reviewed the chances of getting what's expected are much better.

I'd be interested to know what everyone's favorite tank from fasttech has been. I will check their pricing on the triton and stainless coils if they have them thanks for the feedback on the authentic stuff. I guess I will give them another shot.

If I said earlier I owned a velocity clone I meant veritas!

Sorry, missed this bit, Bullet should be fairly cheap as it is made by EHPRO correction it is made by Sparkle Tech, which is the non-clone part of Infinite, I found the original Doge to be slightly better than the Doge X and I bought those direct from Congrevape over there in the States, the Mutation X v4 is also from a US maker "Indulgence" they are all in the 35-50 dollar mark using £ to $ conversion on what I paid so may be cheaper over there.

That's very useful to know - will have to look into it - I have steel in one of my Tritons, so will try it out on one of my DNA40 mods, because my Kangxin Mini is not recognising it for TC just firing it as normal. - will also see if I can find that chart.

As far as coils go, I also tend to buy locally, but I look for the cheapest outlet that I have had good things from in the past, that way I know I can get back to them if I get a bad batch

Another thing I have not really used FT for preferring to buy locally - my main buys from them were Mods and drippers and most of the drippers I did get from them have been binned or passed forward to others.

I've had the odd bad coil from both FT and other reputable UK suppliers, and all 'authentic', but generally, they're fine.
Manufacturers can, on rare occasions, produce a whole batch of poor coils, and that's when you do get problems.
FT do take back anything sub-standard or not working, and they reimburse the postage charge too. Never looked into it, but probably a bad batch of coils is treat the same.
If I want coils quickly, it's always a couple of reliable UK suppliers, but I try to keep a healthy stock of most used ones, so usually have some on order with FT to keep the stash topped up :D

Probably not many you'd be too keen on, as I don't use the sub-ohm coils or high wattage. I tend to use different tanks for different purposes ...with what works best in them.
As such, I still use a couple of basic Evods (for coil gunkers), quite a few eMOW (authentic and 'style')and mega size from UK suppliers, Subtank mini (authentic and one 'style'), Nautilus mini.
I've had all the above from FT and UK suppliers, and they've all be consistently OK.

Got my new Trident Triton :D yet to try.

Trisha, don't know if you have had chance for a quick look at this weeks Windows Secrets, but there is a good bit on Li-ion batteries, mainly the smartphone kind - but it applies equally to e-cig ones as well
I did see the batteries mentioned, but haven't read anything on the site yet - thanks, I'll take a look.

I've just been reading this:Call for pub garden smoking ban - BBC News

A few thoughts sprang to mind while scanning through it: I'm seeing why the NRA in the US is so against any kind of legislation regarding guns ....let them have an inch, and before long they'll be taking miles - and it's actually happening with cigarette smoking, and e-cig use.
I still say that if someone wants to smoke, then they should be able to anywhere outside, as long as it's not around children. Same with e-cigs.
As for pub gardens and outside areas ....yes, more pubs will close because people will stay at home. Same with outside eating areas at simple restaurants/coffee shops.
I'm asking myself, so what do they want to ban ...cigarettes or e-cigs - surely they can't want both, yet we now have people saying e-cigs should be used in places where smoking is still allowed! ...is that to be next on the agenda for a ban?

If, as is said at the beginning of that article, smoking is 'abnormal', then they'll simply have to ban smoking tobacco - end of. Then see how many people get upset over that ..and I don't necessarily mean smokers!
Smoking tobacco is not illegal ..in fact, they keep considering the legalisation of c-n--bis ...so how can they hold so many opposing views?

Let me correct that for you, can't see you using a Trident rebuildable dripper
Fixed ....there's too much 'stuff' around! Lose track of all the names and numbers!
