Nice to see you back on track, but still take it easy,

Got no choice with that one Bob - my leg muscles get really painful and are weak, and joints ache badly. I'm still in need of more sleep, so tend to drop asleep in the afternoon. The meds are starting to work, but very slowly - all very frustrating and the discomfort is awfully tiring.
Had blood tests Monday and the doctor phoned with results today: white cells, liver function and U&E are borderline. Need to drink even more and hope the others get better if the colitis improves! They'll keep monitoring with blood tests.
I see the consultant again on 27th.

got my first Rehab Therapy session next Tuesday, see if I can get a bit fitter than I am

Vapemail: my Chef's order just turned up, so should be able to make some MCV later in the week, also got some Aromatherapy liquids to put in my new Fresh Air Purifier/Humidifier when it arrives (see if it helps get rid of the vapour marks on the windows - been told it does), seems it's the VG that causes the problem, so might look at reducing some of mine back down to 50/50 or higher PG and keeping the higher VG juices for when I'm out and about.

It is the VG - never so bad in summer because the windows aren't so cold ..the VG seems to cling to colder surfaces.

Indeed Bob,cleaned my windows the other day,like looking out on another world.
Certainly builds up, that VG,not as nasty as the old fags 'tho.

Small price to pay for me - can't use much PG anyway.
I've tried all manner of glass cleaners, even some that strip the glass of all contaminants, but the best is a small bucket of warm water with just a drop of washing up liquid, and using an absorbent cloth well wrung out, spray a smallish amount of white vinegar onto the glass (or the cloth) and clean it. Then, before it starts to dry off, polish/buff with some kitchen towel or a lint free dry cloth. Doesn't stop it clinging to the windows, but they stay cleaner a bit longer than with other proprietary window cleaners.

They seem to be a sullen lot. Even the accent has a glum sound to it. Hate to say it, but it's one place I'd never want to return to.

Well, Air Purifier/Ioniser/Humidifier just turned up via Courier, water in tank, along with some Aqua fresh Aromatherapy drops and it's now spinning away - hopefully it will clear away the slight build up that has already started, it's a wee bit noisy, so will have to turn it off overnight., only uses about 18w the same as the new bulbs.

What exactly is it?
I have a Bionaire air cleaner in here to keep airborne fibres and dust down and off paintings. I used to have an ionising one, but after a year, found neat little carpets of fibre on top of some computer components ...seems the charged particles get attracted into the computer and choke it up! Needless to say, the ionising one got ditched.

Not sure myself, but the Humidifier bit will put the water into the air and hopefully the ioniser bit will grab all the dirt bits, it may not do anything to the bit that's already there but hopefully will stop it getting worse

At least vapour coated glass is easier to clean than nicotine stained!

The windows thing is much worse with single glazed windows. In the old house (which had original sashes at the front) I had to clean the sitting room windows once a fortnight throughout the winter. Luckily all dg here, so no real probs (touch wood!)

Mutation X MT-RTA dual coil Ti 26g 6 wraps came out @ 0.16 on my iStick 40w TC - first tried 29g Ni-200, but the screws are absolute crap and ended up popping the coils, same thing happened with one of the Ti coils, so had to make another - will have to see if I have any other screws that will fit better next time I have to change the coils.

Silly beggar that I am, filled it (it's top filling) with the AFC open, and ended up with a handful of juice, after closing it off, turning it upside down and vaping it until it had dried out, refilled it properly and it is now going good @ 350°F 40w.

I remember making a new coil for one of my Kayfuns, test fired it and it looked great. i thought this will be a cracking vape ! Put it all together, filled up and had a pull. Bloody crap...I had forgot to put a wick in
