I take it,it's authentic?Considering the price,that's bad.
Yes. It's authentic. And it's awful the glass is so cheap. I just ordered a five pack of the clones glass because replacements aren't even available.

The atomizer is sooooo good but the little niggles are a disaster. I haven't found anything that tastes better yet so I stick with it.

For $180 you'd expect Pyrex that doesn't chip from being taken off and on. Also the mark bugs support is not exactly great. He said he was sending me two replacement tanks. Received one and confirmed it with him. He just said he's here was one as we ran out .....

So am I ever getting a second replacement (I don't think so)

The clone of the unit in fasttech doesn't look very good. Generally the more complicated the atomizer the worse fasttech do.

I'm still considering trying the erlprinz authentic / erlkonigin clone or some kind of genny. The new Sophia and heron both look great but cost a fortune.

As of now the hunt is probably off until after the second surgery as building is stil pretty tough.

My steri strips fell off and I have seen the incision now. About 40mm vs the 16mm discussed but it's. Lean and healing really well. I'd post a picture but I don't want to cause stomach upset for those who may be sensitive to that sort of imagery!

What are the new Kanger coils all
About. I just saw them. I have a sub tank I never use because the coils do nothing but slit juice. Produce tiny amounts of vapor. And burn my throat. The new coils look interesting in terms of design. I assume they just came out but wondering if anyone tried them
If you are talking about the round ones, they are the same as the square VOCC coils but are made specifically for the Nebox, although they can be used in the subtanks as well and the square ones fit the Nebox too, I have one in mine, I found that the round one leaked badly on the Nebox, but that could have been the mod rather than the coil, the square one doesn't leak as bad.

Those are the ones. Ah. I thought maybe the design was better. I haven't been a big fan of my sub tank. Every now and again j pull
It out. Put a coil in. And remember why I don't like it. I would like a good sub ohm tank to replace it. I should let you decide for me what the best replacement for that kind of tank is. The one with the gigantic coils that are 3 or 4 in one? I think the smok tf4? If you were replacing a sub tank what would you get? Option for Rba would be nice. By isn't necessary. Considered a triton but backed off it.

I have unfortunately about fifteen or twenty sub tank coils left. 5 temp control and 15 1.2 ohm

Aren't they stainless steel instead of Kanthal?

At the moment my favourite tanks in order are Triton, Crown, TFV4 Mini, Arctic Turbo and Triton 2.

Arctic Turbo has been superseded by a new tank from HorizonTech which a reviewer likes better, for the Turbo you can get an almost full size RBA for it and the coils are quite cheap and you can use 1, 2 or 3 coils in it, using the blanks for 1 or 2, presume similar for the new one
TFV4 - coils are very good but also very expensive
Crown - similar RBA to the Subtank - coil price average
Triton & Triton 2 - RBA is like building older Aspire/Kanger coils and those CLF ones

Tracking doesn't work on anything but Special Delivery post here in the UK, it only gets scanned when posted and again when you get asked to sign for it (if postie has a scanner).

It was fairly windy on Saturday & Sunday, but has eased up now down here, but not much rain.
I forgot recorded had no proper tracking ...still, it would show if it had been delivered to the wrong address! - oh well, suppose I'll just wait another day or two!

I understand being comfortable with a setup but honestly the flavor is so much better with the new coils. It's night and day. The nautilus coils are just so muted. I really think you should try one of the 1.2 coils.
I've lost track with all the various different coils that have been discussed lately ...I don't mind using 1.2 coils if they're good, so do you have an FT link to them so that I get the right ones please :)

As for the sore throat. I seem To have hit a speed bump in recovery. My entire body is fighting something. I've taken a backwards step regarding post op pain and I'm feeling like my glands are pushing through my skin. I hope it's not an infection in the surgical area.
Is your temperature normal? If in doubt about infection, get it checked out.

I've had something a little similar in recent days since getting the new medication ..and I now see that side effects can be flu like symptoms, headache, muscle/joint pain, etc. Glands in my throat and underarm are painful. Hoping it is just side effects and that they go soon, as someone with a bug/cold visited me last week forgetting that my immune system is flat at the moment ...but my temperature is normal, so probably OK.

Fortunately the clr coils are roughly the same
Price as the CL coils. So even if You chuck them out its fine. They too are a massive improvement though not as night and day as the nautilus mini vs triton mini coils in the nautilus
As I said ...totally lost the plot with all the various coils, so need to see a link to what I should be looking at/trying

If it's neat and healing well with no redness on/around the incision site, then it sounds good! Keep it covered and protected though.

Have you tried one in a Subtank Bob?

No Kanger are calling them SS-VOCC even the Ni-200 in the instructions it only mentions the resistance of the mod as Ni, Ti 0.15-1.3 and Nichrome 0.3 or above which makes me think they may even be Nichrome and not Kanthal, and that could be why they have a funny taste, the horizontal coils I'm sure were Kanthal, but the chinese really don't understand the difference and call nearly all wires Kanthal, I've even seen Nickel called Ni-200 Kanthal

Ah - now I know what the round ones are ...just saw these described on the Sweet Vapes site:

Subtank Plus V1 & V2
Subtank Nano V1 & V2
Toptank Nano (from the SUBVOD Kit)
Toptank Mini (coming soon)

Resistances/Types Available:

0.5 ohm Clapton Kanthal (kanthal is for standard VW devices)
0.15 ohm Nickel (nickel is for temperature control devices)
0.2 ohm Nichrome (nichrome is for standard VW devices)
0.5 ohm Nichrome
1.2 ohm Nichrome
1.5 ohm Nichrome 0.2 & 1.5 Due December 7th/8th

Only if they got a signature for it  , I'm going to give it until Friday before I contact Chefs
Right - I do hope they arrive in the next day or so as I need more in 0mg ..don't want to be using anything higher than 3 either, and my LCCC in 3 is almost gone!

Have you tried one in a Subtank Bob?
No, the one that was installed in the Nebox was the Nickel one, which I chucked after getting all the leaking, I still have a 0.5ohm spare Kanthal/Nichrome one which I will try next time I have to replace one, I have tried the square Ni-200 VOCC and although it works okay, the resistance is higher closer to 0.25 than the advertised 0.15 as was the round one - KangerTech never got back to me on my email to them about it, but that only seems to apply to the Nickel coils.

@Pictor here are the 1.8 Clapton coils Authentic Aspire Triton Mini Replacement Clapton Coil 1.8ohm Coil Head (5PCS/Pack)

Here are the 1.2 Authentic Aspire Triton Mini Replacement Kanthal Coil 1.2ohm Coil Head (5PCS/Pack)

The clap tons provide more flavor and a bit more vapor but take a split second to heat up. The 1.2 are a bit faster to get going but not quite as much flavor.

They're both a massive improvement over the nautilus coils and are designed to work in the nautilus.

Fast tech doesn't have them yet as they're brand new. Sweet-vapes has both at the same price if they ship to the uk. I'm not sure.

@Bobw1951 so you prefer the the original triton to the second and it tops your list(assuming the first was your number one)? Why is the first better? I believe hose are on deep Discount at one site I use here. Thanks so much for
Your thoughts on all of them. I really appreciate it.

Kanthal & Nichrome can be used in any device whether it be Mech or Regulated, so it looks like I was right and they have changed over to Nichrome for normal coils, and there are a lot of people who don't like the taste of Nichrome

I only have one v2 whereas I have 4 x v1 on the go and 5 x v1 waiting unopened ready to replace my Subtanks once I have used up my supply of coils or they fail whichever happens first.

Pros & Cons between the 2, v1 glass is not removable but is protected by the cage, v2 no cage but glass is replaceable, v1 has air vents for the drip tip, v2 doesn't, v1 you pull out the drip tip assembly to fill smaller fill holes, v2 you unscrew the drip tip assembly, larger fill hole. If I've missed/got anything wrong George will probably correct me.

@Brynglas I forgot to ask you how the Ijust 2 battery is for pocket firing. Does it need to be turned off / locked to avoid pocket firing? I never remember to do that and constantly fire my ego ones in my pocket. I assume it's 5 press on/ off? Did they do anything to mitigate pocket firing?

Side note.

It's a big disappointment aspire changed from stainless to nichrome. I hate nichrome.

Is this just the mini coils, or are they doing it with the Atlantis/Triton coils as well - hope not
My mistake I cross processed sub tank and triton in my brain through reading on the various. . I checked their site as I thought they too had decided to change but they have not that I can see.

I'm regretting a bit that I allowed some negative reviews put me off the triton. I had read it was poor for mtl vaping but now I see it's considered by most to be pretty good. When it first came out and long before I spent near,h $400 on the gem tanks it was the very top of my list.

I just bought 15 of the mini coils so I'm not sure I can bother going to get the full triton get it's pretty inexpensive so maybe.

Thought that might have been the case - I sometimes get things mixed up when talking about 2 or 3 things at once.

I know some people have had problems with them, some have had leaking issues, that could be down to the mix of PG/VG, I prefer VG heavy and don't get a problem, others have just not liked them so gave in too quickly.
