I've asked. It's been days with no answer. Half of their coils list the dimensions of the container they come in as the specification for size. :/ ice also posted in three different threads on the fasttech site.

Ah wel I guess I'll sit down and make a bunch of my own and put them in a pot. I used hats easy enough with nickel. The full on kanthal will be a bit of a pain

I done that a couple of weeks ago and they replied saying I should contact Singapore post and they gave the phone number I should ring.
Think I would add a note to the ticket saying that the packet has still not been received and can they please open a query with Sing Post, as you would like a refund or replacement of the order.

I've checked the tracking and now it's out of date.

Snowy went into more details with my other order I still haven't received. They said....

Sorry for the wait, since tracking information hasn't updated for a long time, we will raise investigation case with them. Sadly we have no means to know where exactly the package is except by filing complaint case toward the post office to institute investigation and waiting for their definite feedback. But they may take maximum two months for the post office to finalize the investigation.
Once they confirm it as lost, we will refund or replace your order. If the item is returned to us, we will contact you for refund or reshipment.
Thank you for your understanding.

I suppose they didn't want to copy & paste the same reply lol.

I've replied to the open ticket so hopefully they will get back to me soon.

That is the usual way they deal with it, 2 months normally means 60 working days before they will offer to refund/replace order, and you sometimes have to chase them, but they do comply.

Yup. I had a package go missing and only had to wait 30 days before they shipped a replacement and iirc that was just the beginning it was more like 45 before it went out. On the upside at least fasttech have support unlike many other Asian sellers.

Did anyone try the nautilus rba that's being made ? Looks interesting.

I still haven't received my order I placed on October 21st.

Blimey and i was getting worried, think i'll give it a while longer before raising a ticket. The order i'm waiting on, is now five weeks from the given shipping date.
Is it only Sing post that seems to be the problem?
The first order i ever used FT for was sent Sing, and it took forever(well,6 weeks) ever since then i have used CP and always received within 3 weeks, sometimes as little as 6/7 days(e-packet).

I've now got 2 orders stuck with them, placed a small one yesterday via CP, but I don't expect that one to get here until after the New Year - Sing can go and Sling itself - who was it, who never had problems with them Dave???

I have 2 packages which I haven't received, 1 from China post and the other is Singapore post.

Do you get tracking info with e-packet?.

Morning Sue, looks like it is in hand at least, just got to wait now, that's the worst part, make sure you note it in your diary, so that you can follow it up in late January/February
You get tracking info with everything from FT - it's just the amount of it that differs. e-packet if you can get it is normally the quickest option apart from the higher paid options like DHL etc

Afternoon :)

Things do go missing in the post so it's not FT's fault. I don't mind waiting as now I know It's going to get sorted out.

I've only used China post and Singapore post so for my next order I'll try e-packet.

so for my next order I'll try e-packet.
When I placed my order yesterday it wasn't available so I had to go with CP, I had heard it was back on the list on AAEC but when I looked it was dimmed out, might only be available for certain orders, will have to wait & see

Did an Ni200 build in one of the Aromamizers this lunchtime.
28g Ni on a 3mm bit.Dual coil,12 wraps per coil, came out at .07Ω.
Bit of a tight fit at 3mm,but goes in,fairly tight to the posts.
Still on horizontals, will try a vertical build with Ni,but somehow with the coils being 12 wraps spaced,i think it will be a struggle.

Filled with Element - Key lime cookie. Toot Toot.
(with the Ni coils being so quiet and the vitual nil throat hit of 3mg,seemed a bit strange)

Contact coils ?? - I rarely bother with spaced, just make sure when wrapping that they are as tight together as you can get them, then on a normal mod or TC with temp switched off, and set to 10w just keep pulsing them until they just start to glow and squeeze them up a bit more.
