Although they are OOS, the red & blue ones on the CM site are shiney, shinier than the Black, also the screws are different, on the CM one they are hex on the FT one they are Philips and don't look like they tighten right the way down, wonder if the wire might catch on them, also does your mate's one have 2 wire holes or 1

Does make you wonder, did he give up vaping or just get fed up with the forums or even hurt himself with that car he had a problem with, hope it wasn't the latter.

Glad you are liking the Squonker, I'll have a look at putting Sonys in mine as well, no problem with mobile links, it's easy enough to change them, Marcus sometimes does that as well, I'm going to give the CM v3 a try as well, wasn't keen on the v1 and thought the Kuro was better, trouble is with the Kuro you have 3 complete coilers instead of one with interchangeable shafts, so it takes up more room

In use it seemed like the authentic in the way it worked. I didn't pay that much attention. But it made coils. I bought the authentic from rtd for $15 fwiw.

Squonk definitely isn't perfect. Aromizer isn't for me but I have a SOD5K on the way. Hard to beat an authentic bfa for $30 and its single coil wih a reduced chamber. The battery life isn't great compared to mothers but it definitely seems better than the meter with Samsung indicated. I ended up getting about 3.5 ml out of the first fully charged battery vs 6.5 in a DNA 30
device but it's enough to get through what I need to. It's clear they have an issue with their firmware. By stating its parasitic loss calibration either they're stumped or lazy. End of the day though I could see moving mostly to squonk setups if I find the right flavor atomizers. The mechanics of the steam crave are good enough. No leaks or anything.

I`m not sure if it`s the same person, but i did a search on FB and there is nothing said on his page about any accidents etc. But as i say, not 100% sure if it`s him or not.

So long as you don't mind the extra wait added to delivery times for the Chinese New Year. Usually delays things by another 2-4 weeks at least in the USA.

Pass, me thinks Bob. I`ve just retired 3 V4`s with one to go when i get sommat to replace it. My Atomic was dispatched earlier, so i can get a bit of dripping done, and i just looked on FB again at Ians page ( If It`s Him ) Must be though, as he mentions vaping, and drives for `First` buses, but no posts since 2013.

Infinite from FT, i even did the upgrades with the increased airflow, but still not good enough IMO. Don`t get me wrong they are Okay, but i prefer an airier vape these days

Yes, he's not been here since last July.
I thought to post something to him saying we all miss him, but if he wanted us to know why he's no longer on this forum, he'd have probably told us - so I thought it best not to intrude.

I wouldn't think he gave up vaping unless it began to disagree with him. I could believe he got tired of forums ..perhaps found it taking up too much time. Hadn't he just moved to longer shifts?

I still have all 4 of mine on the go, the Tobeco one on my wood/brass mech, 2 x Infintes on my Provari P3s (one with P3 base), and the last Infinite is on a DNA200 with NiFe30 in it (just @ 300F/30w though)

Yes, I think he did, but he was also having problems with his back on the buses he was working.
