I remember liking the sound of that, but at 60/40, it's another I'd need to find something I could add to it.

My main order has landed at Heathrow, not bad that, shipped by FT on the 14th. My batteries are still in the air yet.
Also got my results back from the doctors, all clear and good, so just my BP now and i have got an appointment for next Tuesday

I see no contact info on the first one- they don't state if their 3mg is high VG, but do ship internationally. The second one does state 3mg is High VG, but doesn't mention international shipping - they do have an email contact.

I've had the opposite issue to Terry and have found that my blood pressure has got too low (was 94 over 73 yesterday). I'm on medication for high blood pressure, but because I've been on a low carb diet for a few weeks the numbers are falling. After a chat with my GP I've been taken off one of my bp pills completely with the other to follow if the numbers don't stabilise. Interesting stuff!

Always nice to be free of medication, even if only one!

I needed High BP tablets 11 years ago after a particularly bad time we'd had (5 losses in 18 months) - the diuretics first prescribed made me very lethargic and yawning all day to the point it made my jaws ache, and then a beta blocker (Atenolol) worked, but stopped me breathing (pretty much as VG does) ...gradually found that I could maintain BP of around 129-130 with just 1/4 tablet ...stopped taking them after a few weeks and was OK. It does go up and down in times of stress or anxiety, but that's normal. Mine has never been particularly low anyway - around 134-136 is fairly normal for me (termed as 'normal blood pressure that is higher than ideal'). Diastolic is always around low-mid 70's.

The tablets I'm taking to keep colitis in remission is causing me a little shortness of breath at times, and also gives me a headache mostly in the evening, but it's working otherwise, so I'm putting up with the side effects.
