Though i have never voted Tory in my life,

I voted Tory after a lifetime of the opposition, to get away from Blair, and for the initial years, was fairly happy about having done so. More recent happenings have given me a completely different view of Cameron - but the main opposition has nothing that appeals to me.

i think Bozzer may just be the right choice to start with I would happily vote for him if it meant us keeping out of that corrupt bunch of so & so`s

I do like him ...he's a refreshing change to the usual 'stamped out' politician - I wish he'd stop making spur of the moment ill thought out comments though as it loses some of his credibility ...but yes, I'd vote for him!

it wouldn`t surprise me if this government pulled a stunt like that and kept it quiet. IE: you need to re-register for this particular vote.

Yes, a bit 'batty' is indeed a pleasant change ...and he's not stupid either. I just don't want him putting others off!

I thought the cross border thing was us needing to register with other countries to send to them ...not sure about receiving stuff.
As I understand it from recent newsletters, our vendors need to register with each country that they want to despatch to, and couldn't do the registration until today. Seems it only takes a day or two, but not sure what may have changed for EU countries sending to us, but it could be purely a UK requirement.
There's no obvious warning on the JB site, so I think it'll probably be OK.

Duty is always a possibility - none with Higgy, Highbrow or NT, but I did have to pay it with Stash.

They were originally from the Philippines,but i think it's all U.S based now.

May not see it stocked here now ...still not totally sure what US manufacturers sellers will do regards sales to UK/EU.
Perhaps they'll just stop selling to our countries ...there weren't many that did sell to us 2 years ago. ...or perhaps they'll promote concentrates and not lose business!

True, but the US has it's own problems, and their new rules seem to be a lot worse than ours, but some of it seems hard to decipher - could be only the largest ones will manage to keep selling if they're prepared to meet all the regulations and costs.
For me, concentrates would be a good way to keep selling.

Not too up on U.S politics but i read a few things last night,saying,some big players will probably sue the FDA.
Causing a stalemate,the FDA will have to then refer it to congress.Who will probably instruct the FDA to make new more lenient rulings.
As i say not to up on the U.S side,we have a fight of our own.But i wish them well.

I followed the 'Deeming' thread for a few days: Deeming Regulations have been released!!!!
Theirs is a 500page document that in places is difficult to put into plain language, but what has been clear is that 0mg liquid and anything at all associated with e-cigs will be deemed a tobacco product, and the process to gain approval for any item is long and very costly.

That's why we may see some of the smaller US brands disappear, and perhaps some may stop selling abroad, perhaps some will not be willing to comply with 10ml bottles if our own TPD can't be re-thought satisfactorily.

There's a lot of ifs, but a large number of our US ECF members have signed the petition supporting Lord Callanans Fatal Motion. They see any success here as further ammunition in their own battle.

that a few had a problem at first and then had it work OK on a second attempt.

I signed their US petition a week or so ago, and did wonder if it would work, but it did.

As someone said in the deeming thread - we're all in this together.

I got mail - from Chefs:

Concentrates: Kreeds Glazed Passion Fruit Cookie & Claire's Crème de Vanille (both have the recc. mixing percentages on the label! ) Both smell really good ....I'll be looking in the PDF volumes I downloaded of their recipes to see what's in them ...could swear I detect a slight mint in the Crème de Vanille!

100ml ea. White Velvet .3mg and Virtual Rasp. Doughnut 3mg ...and the 60ml Virtual custard 3mg that I ordered came in three 10ml bottles! ....did they run out, or are they already changing to 10ml
