I was thinking driving home listening to talk of the referendum on the radio,much as i don't like it,i can still see us being members of the EU after next month.

Depends who the masses listen to, and how they evaluate things.
As for Cameron, I'll not vote for him again ...nor his sidekick!

Well i have no excuse not to vote.I am down as a postal.
The radio interviews i heard the "leaves"were in the minority.Hope that's just in that one town(in Cumbria).
It was live,so can't blame the BBC.
But listening to the people asked,Trish's words "Once proud"seems to sum it up,don't think they care about being British anymore.

Yes, I'm sure we can be again, even if it may not be plain sailing at first. Seeing we've had 8 years of not so good, a few more wouldn't be completely unbearable.
They not only treat us like children and imbeciles, they take huge sums of cash from us, and it's way beyond my limits for charity!

The election? .....can't say I've taken much notice of Austrian politics in the past, but they've always been a peaceful sort of country.
Are people voting this way because of immigration?

I'd have thought the lessons from that were long understood and avoided. Surprised that man even had a party to stand for as leader.

For me...vaping, the TPD and immigration aren't the main reasons for wanting to leave.
I'd be lying if i said they hadn't helped me to decide but there are other reasons.

I don't like the grooming of that little ferret Georgie Osborne, that's going on, for when Dave steps down either.

Agree, think the main problem is faceless bureaucrats in Brussels making laws that no one seems to veto (even though we (UK) have a veto) that we can then not get rid of, by leaving we bring the laws back into the UK where they can be contested in a court and thrown out, and we get to get rid of the idiots that get voted in every 4 years

We got ours too. For bits of stiff paper, these are very important (not really - you don't have to take them to the booth). But what they represent is crucial imho.

It all seems like dodgy deals by our government: We won't veto the law/regulation if you'll..... and whatever it is, it'll certainly be nothing good for us!

She's still coping okay ??

Amazingly, yes.
Been another month since we saw the vet. We found out on March 15th, so could be we're running low on time now. It's a strain because she's so loved - it'll be hard when the time comes. We always hold our breath when we're due to visit the vet ..and that's tomorrow at 6pm.
She's a fairly big dog, and was a bit too bouncy when one of our sons came this afternoon, and it looks like she hurt that leg - she's been very careful, and a bit stiff when walking since.
Hopefully, she'll be improved tomorrow - If not, I can always give her a Tramadol to bump up the pain relief.
