Why do Remain think that it's a smart move to scare pensioners? I'm wearying of the relentless fear campaign - and very disturbed by the fact that the Prime Minister is leading it. And what is all this stuff from Labour about workers' rights? We invented them, and it would be a foolish government that tried to overturn them.
Please, one and all - Vote Leave on the 23rd and make sure that the Government is held accountable (rather than hiding it's failings under the coat tails of the EU).
What is it about the anti-democratic corrupt EU that Remainers like?
Two people here that will vote 'Leave'!
Apart from wondering what scare story we'll hear next, I've stopped listening properly to anything they say - from both sides there's been scare mongering, lies, and twisting of truth.
For sure the ones only concerned with banking, finance/investment, & big business are the ones wanting to remain - they seem to think their future financial gains are assured if they remain ...and whatever other reasons they may have, aren't anything I'd want to back.
There's many that will vote to remain because they're too young to remember when this country was strong and proud to be independent, others will vote that way because they're afraid to do any other.
I see people ask 'Do you not know what's at stake?' ...but exactly what
is at stake ..no-one can give any factual answers because a lot has changed in the time we've been in the clutches of the EU.
What I personally feel is that as we are, things aren't working. Whether the EU needs dismantling and re-building is perhaps for future generations to work out - as it is, it's not fit for purpose, and I'd like to see our country learn to stand on it's own feet again.
I see it said that people cite immigrants as
the reason to leave ..it goes far deeper than that ...I for one do not want these faceless bureaucrats making up ridiculous rules and laws that our government barely utters a word of protest at - for what reason, I can only guess ..something to do with 'you accept this and we'll give you that'? - why do we give valuable contracts to other parts of the EU when we have the facilities and workforces to do the work ourselves ...more exchanges of favours?
Seems tomorrows tale of fear is that we'll need to raise 30bn in taxes & cuts to fill the black hole an exit will leave! (Osborne).
I want to hold the Government's feet to the fire - and we can't do that with the EU standing in the middle.
Very true - if we do get an exit win, I'm not sure if they'll be eagerly willing to lose face by re-hashing some of the mess the EU rules have created, nor how long they'd take to do that, but if any of them want our vote, they'll need to make promises that we see them keeping.
Surely no elected government would want be seen to sit back and let a country fail - they'll want to be seen as the government that steered the UK back into better times?
I looked at the istick mini again today - but the battery life is tiny. Why can't someone build a tiny device with masses of mah? Is this just physics? Get it out in the open - I know I do!
Perhaps there's a safe limit on how much power can be put in such a small device ..not sure. Is the Pico too big for you? There's always the Mini Volt, but that's just 1300mAh, or the iPOW that goes up to 15W and is 1600mAh - apart from those, I'm not sure if any really small ones are powerful enough.
