Were you logged in Terry? I just tried it with a test bottle, and there's the box for 'Vouchers' - I also used it for my 20% off 100ml LCCC only recently

It's telling me to hold down the windows icon and press PRTSC key, suppossed to be the easy way on Windows 8.1 but i haven't sussed it

weird I just gave it a try Terry with exactly the same order and the voucher box definitely shows up underneath the R-Y ..... box, is your name at the top right of the page?

It's not big enough to read though - are you using an image compression or reduction ?
Ah! Just had a thought! Try adding your image by using the bar above the text reply box - you'll see a greenish square with a black dot at each corner (represents an image) - you browse to the saved snip/image and upload it - the forum software sorts the file size automatically
This method puts the image in the post body rather than in a box - that may be making them smaller!
