I'm looking at the assortment on my desk, and realise that there's 4 Evod & c-twist type batteries standing there that I haven't used in weeks, plus another three smaller ones (600mah) along with some similarly not now used tanks in an acrylic stand set amongst my paints of all places!!
I also have, in a pen storage area of my desk tidy, 6 smaller capacity e-smart batteries too, and I haven't used those in months now.

I've no doubt that for many of them, I'll still have individual kit type boxes somewhere, but for the sake of space and tidiness, could I just use a couple of those boxes and bundle them all into those, or does storing switched off devices such as these in close proximity pose a problem or potential hazard?

I only registered this morning Bob,so waiting for admin conformation.Along with AAEC.
Is there a classies section there, that is not visable to unregistered users?

Yes, think you have to make x number of posts and then apply for verified status on UKV and all transactions must be via Paypal purchasing not F&F, AAEC - no restrictions if I remember rightly

If they have been standing for a long time then they may be drained anyway, but as long as they are switched off then no problems shoving them together in a box.

Great! Thanks Bob. Some aren't drained yet, and I will switch them off, but I didn't want to bundle any together in a box only to have them behave like a box of firecrackers if something was amiss!

I always bought a spare when I found something I liked, so think I'll sort out some I won't use and give them to our son to perhaps sell at Ebay! ;) - looks like I'll have a slightly tidier desk before the day is out!

I've tried the SNG Cheerio Java again tonight - I like it! It's described as Cappuccino mixed with smooth vanilla Irish cream and caramel. The cream sort of 'sits at the base' of the flavour and is a rich yet not over-sweet taste - adds a warm tone to it and no bitterness in the coffee. I may just order a 20ml of this next time (got a 5ml to try it).

I'll be trying the Heathers Java tomorrow again too because I think I liked that one as well!
Still got an MBV Coffee Caramel and Morning Vape, and Indigo 5 Bucks, plus Highbrow Cappuccino Diablo.

I saw a Coval one that made me think of you: Ocean - it's a lemon/lime with coconut, and a reviewer says it has a tartness that made him think of grapefruit

Yes let us know what the other coffee ones are like trish ! I like just plain ones myself, or with cream :) And that coval one does sound quite nice, not too sure about the coconut though.

Not too sure I like the patterns to be honest ...I'd perhaps like the blue or the green if it was plain.

I will do - that Cheerio Java is a bit like a good latte but made with thick double cream - yet to me, it's not sickly or sweet, which is why I like it. When I get a slightly bigger bottle, I'll send you some in the little 5ml bottle and you can try it ..and any of the others that don't work for me. That way you aren't relying on what I think of them. You'll just have to ignore the low nicotine! :)

Pity the Coval don't come in 5ml trial sizes! I thought that one could work for you, but it is a bigger bottle!

Don't like the look of that 510 myself,it's just the case threaded.Pretty similar to the model Vaping Shozza put a rusty axe through in disgust.

I think it's the same nasty model myself but he's trying to make it look good. I like all the covers he has on them.

Bloody heck, that is about 20 wraps for a 1.2 ohm coil using 26 ga

EDIT: 10 wraps x 2

Glad to see the Edit mate

you're right though, between 9 and 11 wraps, depending how much space there is :)

Big bladder you must have.Im glad there's more action going on in the final one I thought The Desoilation of smaug was slow.until they came across smaug then the fx was amazing and took the film up to another level

It's full of action mate, from start to finish. Much better than part 2.

I have a well trained bladder - being a bus driver, we can go up to 5.5 hours without a break (and that's legally), a well trained bladder is a must have

Oh right! purple not quite the right shade huh? -So wait for the iStick 50 and get one of those in Magenta! ....or some kind soul may lend you a small magenta one! :p

It has to be just the right shade of magenta, I'm very fussy

There's some amazing applications for them in medicine and industry, but apart from crooks making illegal things, I think in the home, they'll mainly be expensive toys! :)

I've even seen reports about them being used in the armed forces to make plane parts, at a significant cost saving, over getting parts shipped in.

Oh yes - that does sound good! ...must go and raid the fridge for some cheese! View attachment 404783

Did you enjoy your cheese Trisha ??

Sweet dreams then! ;)

The Wife kept kicking me, so they weren't that sweet

Tch! couldn't you 'go' before the film started?

Bit late getting there, so we were into the final 2 trailers when we sat down. I can easily go for 2 hours with a full bladder, I just don't top it up

I cheat, I just download them, then when I have to pee, I pause it, Lots better than a movie house. :D

Plus I can watch it again and again. :D

I don't blame you mate. But for me, some films have to have the full Cinema experience. If I had a 40 foot TV with 20 speakers, it might be a different story

Boooo. I cant remember who has the kuro coils shipped on the 16th but now fasttech told me that the coils will be shipped in another shipment. I think they ran out of stock. :(

Don't want to make you jealous Sarah, but mine have already shipped

Very nice Dave, but as I've said before, if it's not magenta, it's not for me

I do like the look of those though :)

Had the drill out today, making up some twisted wire for when the Kuro coilers arrive.

Did two different sorts:

Twin strand ribbon and twin strand 31g kanthal. The kanthal is a hell of a lot easier to do than the ribbon wire. The ribbon wire tends to kink on itself very easily, so I've made a lot more twisted kanthal ;)

Red ..as long as it was a plain smart metallic finish :) In fact, someone should do a nice brushed metallic finish in French Navy ...look good with a chrome tank and buttons!
Not sure I even got as far as checking out the details such as thread etc. - I'm not fond of the patterned ones.

Those are the areas where these things will become very useful - I do believe the space station has one so that they can make spares!

Indeed I did!

Well, if you were invoking creatures and hobgoblins, I'm not surprised!

Yeah, yeah ...any excuse! ;) :D ...I know, having been the the mother of boys! ...always something more important to do!
You'll be telling me next you don't brush your teeth or wash your neck! (Ours used to wet the brush under the tap and think it fooled us!)

Until a year ago, someone lived nearby, and in one of their sitting rooms it was easy to see a whole wall lit up with a huge screen!
(There's more to that story, but it's perhaps not proper to mention it! ;))

That's one big hall you've got there Trisha, it's bigger than my living room

Their a great innovation that's for sure.

Tis true honest. I blame the Wife for taking 10 minutes to choose what type of coffee she wanted at the kiosk  I used to do that with the toothbrush too, but I'd squeeze out a bit of toothpaste as well to complete the illusion  I was 10 at the time though.

They are just a poor effort at recreating the patina look of the originals, very artificial looking.
The natural colours of the patina on the brass and copper zero covers is really effective. But i think they are over 100 quid each and the mods are almost impossible to get.

Well we don't have a sofa & chairs in the hall, and there's just about a foot of flooring either side of the rug - but yes, it's a square hall rather than long & narrow - got a landing to match above it. I used to think it a waste of space until we had a son using games machines with a 28" TV in his room on the opposite side of the landing - never heard a thing!

Their a great innovation that's for sure.
By their very nature, there's a negative side to them of course.

As long as it didn't give you nightmares
No, slept soundly ...for 8 hours!!!

Right, well there's no answer to that one!

...and in the time it took to set these things up, the teeth could have been brushed properly! It must have been the sheer devilment of thinking the parents had been fooled! :)

You've just ruined my illusion of you living in a stately mansion now

No, slept soundly ...for 8 hours!!!

Excellent news, you slept longer than I did last night :D

...and in the time it took to set these things up, the teeth could have been brushed properly! It must have been the sheer devilment of thinking the parents had been fooled! :)

I saw it more of a sign that I was a budding spy in the making. If you can fool the parents, you can fool any foreign government into handing over their secrets for world domination  I had a vivid imagination as a kid

...we weren't that close! No, nothing like that - If I said large house being rented ...government housing benefit cap - people with huge TV gone ?

It's a shame you didn't have a remote that could control their TV, it would have saved you buying a TV license
