Terry have you tried an Ni build on your subtank mini.
Looking last night and a guy on here reckoned 6 wraps of twisted 30g is a great build.It's just a pain getting the drill out,but one rainy day i may give it a go.

I`m not running any NI builds at the moment george, quite happy with kanthal ATM + i wouldn`t know where to start with the twisting

Whenever I've done twisted wire builds I've hand twisted (ish) the wire by starting with one strand and folding it in half, then hooking the end over the clip on a ballpoint pen and holding the other end with pliers just rotated the pen. You won't get as tight a twist as with a drill and you can only make 2 strand twisted wire but it works ok I've found.

There are youtube videos I think if you can't imagine what I mean.

Twisted builds are nice but they take longer to heat up I find.

Bob, how do you find your kayfun with the bell cap ? I have got all 4 of mine set up now, and i find they vape a lot better ! I don`t know if it`s because there is less parts in the tank what could cause some restriction, but i find they vape much better now. Could be my imagination i suppose, but i do feel like i am getting more airflow, and much bigger clouds now.

Don`t know if you have done your`s yet George, but if not, you should do mate.

Presume you are talking KF4s, if so I have done the 2 Infinite ones but the Tobeco is just ss with the glass middle bit
I also have my 2 x KFL v2s with the FT "LA" bell cap on, with 2 more on there way to me for a couple of KFL+s that I have.

Can't say I have noticed any difference apart from the looks and the KF4s really do look nice with them on.

I took her in for a full top to bottom service last thursday george. Today i gave her a really good spit and polish and was half tempted to go out for an hour, but got side tracked ( how you do )

So no, but it will be anytime soon mate.

Not into twisted myself, I just do normal wraps, but saying that, I think one atty has a parallel wrap in it, but I can't for the life of me remember which one

Yes, saw those but they had all gone by the time I looked, think they were put up when I was doing the evening meal, liked the purple & red that he put up and also the last 2 creamy ones

It's the mountains that does it, although I agree with George, every time I've come up your way, it's been piddling down as well.
