Doesn't look good according to that Telegraph article - will have to wait and see, I don't have a credit card but I do have a Multi-Currency Cash card that gives me AirMiles when I load it up and a Santander 123 Bank A/C that gives me perks.

Farage's parents may have voted, but so did we, Britain entered CM in 1973, and had a referendum to remain in 1975, and it's idiots like his party that costs us money by claiming the allowances and either abstaining or not bothering to turn up to vote in those same laws that can affect everyone in Europe.
Just trying to imagine Farage running the country and discussing sensitive issues with the likes of Putin for instance makes me shudder!

That's good, problem is remembering all these discounts - I normally end up forgetting most of them, be a lot better if they were all like Myepack and kept the prices lower and not have codes etc.
Agree with that - nice to get a flash sale notice via email, but as with supermarkets, I just wish they'd give a fair price to everyone ..including the dairy farmers for instance.

I do keep a folder with e-cig/liquid purchases saved, and also have a sheet for each supplier of liquid and which ones I buy - the sheets are headed with the suppliers name, my log-in, and any discount codes.

Trisha - Giant vapes order - FedEx have just billed me for the VAT :( Thought they would.
Actual Cost of 210ml juice was £110.56 + £1.25 bank charge for converting from $
VAT is £21.71 and FedEx charged £12.00 for the service
so total still works out @ just under £7 per 10ml which isn't too bad for some decent juice
Not good! I just hope they're really good ones and worth it!
I did notice that when searching for sellers of POET, every retailer seemed to have the same terms, including: always give the full value on the label.
It's almost as though there's some type of group agreement or a cartel operating within the same parameters for international shipping. Could be something stipulated by the makers that have signed up to the accredited system who have to abide by the rules to retain their accreditation ...can't think of any other reason.
There aren't many of the POET ones I'd try, so perhaps I could get one bottle per order! (If only they did 10 or 15ml bottles - they'd likely get more people trying them too!)
The other alternative is to get it from Switzerland and add my own nicotine!

If anyone is considering diy juice making as a cost cutting exercise, below are my costings for the 2 juices I've been enjoying for the last few days. I've included full retail prices and carriage, if you were to have a discount code or combine postage you could shave off a bit more :-
Red Astaire - concentrate = £4.95, 50/50 6mg nic = £4.50, enough to make 100ml of juice so £0.95/10ml (ready made cost £4.95 + post)
Orange - concentrate = £4.75, 50/50 6mg nic = £4.50, enough to make 60ml of juice so £1.54/10ml (ready made cost £3.00 + post)
The Red Astaire would make 100ml of juice @ 10% concentrate and the orange would make up 60ml of juice @ 15% concentrate and would leave 10ml of concentrate and 40 ml of nic solution towards your next batch so the figures are approximate but give an indication of what kind of savings can be made

Get all your colleagues to write in complaints to them (U) and then maybe they will talk to the M about it.

That's the problem though Bob, 50% of the Drivers would write in, the rest just can't be bothered :(

Nicoticket send Zotz - got an apple one from them today :) ....talking of which - it was sent from Omaha on 4th, arrived Heathrow and cleared facility by 8th - and took 2 days to get delivered!

I've just used the BOGO code and ordered 225ml of juice that I don't really need

Ordered:

60ml Betelgeuse
30ml Raz Cup
120ml Strawnilla
15ml Sure bert

I've not had the Raz cup or Sure bert before, so they'll be interesting to try out.

Vapemail

Well they certainly don't hang around,SUPER SUPER service. 9 days from ordering(Omaha,Nebraska) inc Easter weekend.

All good Trish:thumb:

Like the look of the new bottles too George. I'm looking forward to getting mine in the new bottles now :)

 Pretty much Trish yes ! we`ll soon have you building it yourself

I love the look people give me when I say "Oh, I rebuilt this coil and used a rayon wick". They look at you like you've just split the atom

I cleaned 2 of mine out today, and filled one with Purple Haze from SG, and the other with some home brewed Graham Cracker. I am puffing away on the former right now, and it is very very nice. :toast: I will try the GC later on, and report back on that one. Also this morning i put some sweet cream in the coffee fresh, and it really transformed it from something that was just vapable, to a nice creamy coffee. :)

Love it when a plan comes together mate. Your own DIY juice always seems to taste a little better when you've had to get a bit creative with the flavourings :)
and for Ian and the rest of you here is Todd's review of the Squonk³:

Wow, that's a real beauty Bob. Especially the one with the blue veins in the wood. But over 300 quid for a squonker, that's a little bit too much for me. The size doesn't worry me though. Having said that, if he's only making them in small quantities, I doubt I'd ever get the chance to order one anyway. Bet you've ordered 3 already

I did a similar thing mate, when I first started DIY. Using the more expensive TW concentrates, nic and VG/PG, it worked out at about £1 for 10ml. Now I've found cheaper sources for all the ingredients, it's probably closer to 50p for 10ml now. There's some massive savings to be made, once you get into DIY, especially with the higher concentrated flavourings like Inawera :)

Vinny or anyone,Have you used any of the Diamond mist nic base from Vape inc?
With discount it's £8 per 100mg,i know there are cheaper deals, but it's in Amber glass and because of the 100mg size thought it would be very convenient to just buy and freeze.

I'm looking forward to mixing some of the single flavours, and as you say some of those are only mixed at 1 - 5%, the proprietary ones I've used so far dont give you much scope other than to mix at their recommendations

I have 100ml @72mg laid in but it's still in the box, so far I've been using the LTE stuff ready mixed to 6mg
It is in amber glass

I got Mail today: - My magenta 50W Eleaf istick from FT (part ex replacement for the faulty Earl one) :) Now both Subtanks have a good one to live on!

Vapemail
A hybrid gs air from ft it looks slightly diffrent than the authentic ones.Still it's another edition to the gs air family, this ones no6.One more to come off ft,Two M's coming from sweet vapes takes it to 9.Need one more odd numbers are :evil
Definitely need another one! ;)

Could be worse, could be Miliband
Oh indeed ....apparently the whole of the White House staff think him a joke already!
We can't stand the sight nor sound of him!

My granny went a bit doodle ally and thought there were Russian subs in the Mersey.Bless her.
Aw! Mine wouldn't put her stockings on in front of the TV - she swore the newsreader could see her - and that was when she had all her marbles!

We went to Arran a few times, and on top of the String Road, looking down, there was sometimes the sinister sight of a sub surfacing  They used to do exercises around the island and the crews sometimes came onto the island too.

That's the problem though Bob, 50% of the Drivers would write in, the rest just can't be bothered :(
Usually the case with most things! I think everyone thinks someone else will fix it!

I've just used the BOGO code and ordered 225ml of juice that I don't really need

Nice mix! I thought you may grab a couple of bottles of that F5 they have left. I had a fancy to try the Betelgeuse, but think I'd lose too much of the flavour by diluting the PG with something else.
I haven't used my BOGO yet because there's a new one coming in high VG that I want to get :)
I'll get some more Wakonda too - I like that diluted with crème brule or custard ..or even vanilla. Bit like a sort of latte. I like it best well steeped.

I love the look people give me when I say "Oh, I rebuilt this coil and used a rayon wick". They look at you like you've just split the atom
....and? you didn't?

I don't know yet what it is that Clark at NT is trying but he said it's expensive.

SMs could also do away with the silly 2 for 1 and just sell things at 1/2 price and 3 for 2 could be reduced by a 1/3rd - I'm sure that way they would actually sell more, because all us oldies would buy 1 instead of not bothering, especially on things that have a short shelf life.

Not good! I just hope they're really good ones and worth it!

Those Infamous juices I got really are delicious, I have 4 out of the 5 I bought in different tanks, and I can't really complain about the cost seeing as we get away with it quite a bit with the Mods from China, agree they should make up some sample packs even if you had to buy all the flavours in 5ml plastic bottles for the same price or a bit more than 1 x 30ml glass bottle

That's the problem though Bob, 50% of the Drivers would write in, the rest just can't be bothered :(

50% is better than zero

Trish, any idea when chefs will have the LCCC concentrate ? It`s that one which is holding my order up
I haven't Terry - I'm surprised it isn't there to be honest! The ABC concentrate came back in and then went o/s very quickly, but the LCCC has never been there yet. If you send a query through the site, they'll reply - failing that, I have something to send Karl but the new address isn't shown on the site yet, so I'll have to ask him soon.

We're all doomed I tell you doomed
 so what's new

On Tesco's site yesterday, I clicked on the 'special offers' tab and got a choice of perhaps 8 different choices: two for one, half price , 1/3 off, £1, best offers, multiple buys, top offers ...could have been another. Ridiculous! They should have one list of special offers at half price and nothing else!

We do buy the 3 for 2's if they're freezable or the odd one is something one of our sons would use - same with the buy two and get 50p (for instance) off - it's me being bloddy minded as I still seethe about the exorbitant price increases we've been bombarded with since the recession began. I take back what I can! :D

Good to hear that! Do let me know what Trill is like :)
